Okay so there is like so many theories running around and predictions that it all needs to be put in one place. SO, here is your small handbook to theories and predictions of Infinity War and what will happen next.
Updates have been made to the theory So, this theory is about Nebula playing a big role in Infinity War. I believe this became a theory after Nebula survived the culling.
We remember the ending of Infinity War, right? Most of our favorite heroes went down the drain and we expected Nebula to bite the dust but instead Gamora died and she survived. It's kinda weird that Nebula survived, right?
Well, this theory suggests that Nebula may be the one to stopping Thanos. It may seem pretty out there theory but the evidence is in her comic history.
In the comic, The Infinity Gauntlet, Nebula played a crucial role in stopping Thanos. As the story goes in this comic, Nebula takes the gauntlet from Thanos and controls the Infinity stones.

So here's our evidence points;
1. Nebula was kept alive in Infinity War, but for what purpose? To take the gauntlet?
2. Her comic book counterpart survived during Thanos' conquest for stones too. Perhaps there is a connection?
The predictions are that Nebula will be fulfilling a similar role to her counterpart in Infinity Gauntlet. I mean, what other reason would there be for keeping her alive? Unless they chose randomly who to kill off. Which they didn't.
New Evidence* Karen Gillan who plays Nebula has mentioned that she will be confronting her daddy issues with Thanos.
This theory seems to be supported by the actress, so this may be true in Avengers Endgame I think I pretty much covered this theory. Let me know what you think in the comments below.
