Chapter 13: Forgive me...

It was another day at daycare. Ryan made sure he was at the daycare before Tina. Everything was decorated with flowers.

"Okay guys, this has to be perfect." Ryan says.

He trying to make a perfect day for Tina, so he could apologize for what he did. Ryan walks up to Cookie. "Please help convince her?"

Cookie sighs, giving Ryan a small smile, and then nods. "Here, you got ahead and get your picnic ready and we will meet you down there okay?"

"Thanks!" Ryan says, handing Cookie a note to Tina. It said something along the lines of...

Tina,
I'm sorry for not trusting you. I realized that we need trust in each other. This fight made me realize I can't live my life without you.

Please forgive me and meet me at the park. I got a surprise for you.

(P.s... It's a date...)

Cookie and Sabre sat on the couch waiting for Tina. "She's coming!" Shark says running back into the playroom.

Tina walks in, "Hi every-..." She pauses as she looked around. "What's going on?" She asked. Cookie walks up to Tina.

"Hey... Ryan wanted us to give this to you." Cookie tries to hand the letter to Tina.

Tina sighs, "I don't know Cookie."

"Come on Tina. I think you'll like this." Cookie convinces Tina to read the letter.

"A d-date? Ryan never wants to do that..."

"Tina! Just go!" Cookie laughs. "We will see you later."

Tina smiles as she walks to the portal. She was excited, but nervous about what was happening.

"In three, two, one." Tina runs through the portal and ends up at the park.

"Tina!" She heard from afar. Tina looks up to see Ryan at a picnic set up. Tina smiles and walks up to him. Ryan smiles shyly. "H-Hi Tina." He blushed.

"Hi cutie." Tina says. "What's going on here?"

"I want you to know that I'm sorry about not trusting you. You're my best friend Tina. I can't even imagine you not with me." Ryan confessed.

Tina's heart fluttered. She was so happy about this. Ryan rarely told her about his feelings, and because he did that this was a special moment for her.

"Cutie..." Tina runs up and gives him a hug. "I forgive you... I don't know what I'd do without you either." Ryan lets out a breath of relief, and hugs Tina back.

"Come on, let's eat." Ryan smiles, pulling out of the hug.

Tina follows Ryan and they sit down on the picnic blanket. "This is wonderful, cutie." Tina giggles.

"Do you forgive me?" Ryan asks softly. "I don't want us to fight."

Tina nods and looks up at the sky. "I do. I forgive you Ryan." Ryan smiles and hugs Tina tightly. "C-cutie?"

Tina felt as if there was something going on. She could tell Ryan seemed a little off. Going on a date with Tina to resolve a fight? When does Ryan ever resolve a fight this way?

Tina pats Ryan on the back. "Are you okay?"

"Y-yeah..." Ryan pulls away. There was a hint of sadness in his eyes. Tina couldn't shake the feeling that something was wrong. Tina sighs.

"Let's head back to the daycare?"

"Sure..." Ryan sighs and follows Tina to the portal.

"In three, two, one! Ahhhhh!"

Ryan and Tina entered the daycare. They walked into the playroom and jumped. "Surprise!" The kids yelled. Ryan had forgotten the second part of his surprise.

Sabre gave Ryan his bag. Ryan nods to him. "Here Tina. It's for you." Tina smiles and takes the gift from Ryan.

Tina opens the present. A card saying, 'to my one and only best friend,' and a tiger stuffed animal.

"Aw, cutie... This is so cute!" Tina turns and hugs Ryan tightly. "I love it."

Ryan hugs Tina back and the kids in the back start to awe. This makes Ryan blush and pulls out of the hug. "U-uh Tina.... I think we better go."

"You want to leave already? We haven't been here that long."

"That's okay!" Ryan says and takes Tina's hand. "Let's go." Ryan leads her out.

"Bye guys!"

"Bye Tina and Ryan!" The kids yelled back.

Tina giggles as she and Ryan walked out of the daycare.

And that was another day at Daycare!
