"Hey Tessa." You say as you open your eyes and see her on Tom's side. She cuddled up to you and You kissed her nose. In return she licked you. After a mini cuddle session with your favorite girl you got up to go to the bathroom. Then headed down to get coffee started. You weren't fully awake until you had caffeine in your system. You looked at your phone and realized what today was. Harrison's birthday.
You: Happy birthday buddy & Happy 4th! ❤❤
You grabbed a cup out of the cabinet and poured yourself coffee. Grabbing your phone and going to sit on tbe couch. A ding came from your phome indicating that you got a message.
Harrison: Thank you buddy! 😊 I'll see you guys later tonight. Tell that little fucker to text me back when you get a chance. Love you!
You: Will do 😂
As you got comfy you heard the door open and close.
"Morning babe." Tom leaned down and kissed your cheek.
"Ew Tom. You stink."
"What every man wants to hear his woman say. I'll go up and shower then come back. How does that sound?"
"Amazing. I love you!" You yelled as he went up to the bedroom. Within 30 minutes he came back and plopped down next to you. You gave him a quick peck and turned your attention back to the show.
"Before I forget Harrison told me to tell you something. In his words 'tell that fucker to text back' his words not mine." You smiled.
"I did." He stuck his toungue out at you and took your coffee. Stealing a sip.
"I can't believe that tonight will be the first time I throw the 4th of July get together. I don't know why but it's pretty scary."
"Don't you mean our first?"
"Yeah yeah. I'm just excited to see my favorite Holland boy."
"I thought I was your favorite." He pouted and put a hand to his heart.
"Eh. Not So much." You laugh and kiss his pout away. You both sat there for a while watching shows. Around 1 you went to the firework stand to get some for the night. When you got back home you both changed. Tom wearing a white t-shirt and bottoms with the american flag. You decided on your navy blue romper with white converse. It was now 5 and family and friends started coming. Bringing food and drinks. You were on dessert duty and there was plenty to go around.
"Paddy!" He ran to you and went straight for a hug.
"Geez stop growing on me will ya."
"Can't do that." He smiled. You greeted the rest of the Holland's and everyone else that came. Then you saw your buddy.
"I bet you're feeling 22!" You sang and laughed while walking towards him.
"You're such a weirdo but that's why your my buddy." He commented with a huge smile and hugged you. Everyone joined in as you sang Happy birthday to Harrison. Some didn't even know it was his birthday but just went along. 9 came and it was looking dark so everybody went outside. Tom's dad and yours got them ready. Tom stood hugging you from behind as they went off.
"I remember I used to be terrified of fireworks but now I love them."
"I love you." He whispered and kissed your cheek. Everyone left around midnight and now it was just you, Tom, Harrison, Jacob, and Zendaya. You guys stayed up until 4. They ended up staying the night. All in all it was a pretty good day.
