It was most probably past ten already and nobody had even showed up. I got up and to say I was beginning to get cold would be an understatement of the year. The goosebumps on my skin were starting to get noticeable and my shaking was beginning to become uncontrollable. Why did I leave my coat in the office. And what a convenient time for my phone to die.

"Here" My eyes were glued on Jason's coat. "What will you wear?" I asked. I wanted to take it but what if he gets cold. "Didn't you know am cold-proof" A laugh licked out my lips. Cold-proof is there even such a thing. Cold hearted I understand but cold-proof, never heard of it. As I think about it, his whole uptight manner is not what his displaying right now. His actually being a perfect gentleman, in my eyes anyways.

"Come on take it, you know you want it" he winks at me, making me week to my knee's. Oh handsome man, don't do this to my to attached heart. I know myself and my heart, once I get to close to someone I become to emotional attached. So I repeat again, oh handsome man, don't do this to my to attached heart.

I finally took his black long coat. The moment I put in on, the smell of it consumed me. His coat had swallowed me whole, oh how I love his smell. Anytimes he would pass by, his cologne would make my mind spine in cycles, the good kind. His scent was perfect. "You seem different"

His chuckles filled the elevator and it was a good kind. I liked that sound. "Different? What do you mean?" I set on the opposite side from him. "You don't seem scary like you...when you are on your CEO chair" both his eyebrows raised with that signature smirk. The elevator was once again filled with his laugh. "Scary? I don't mean to be scary" I give him a one eyebrow rise. Challenging him. "Okay, maybe you are right, but I have to so people could take me seriously"

I get were his coming but like seriously. "Did you always what to be a mechanical designer?" Why no? "Yes from a young age. When I was younger my dad was a mechanical engineer and my mom was a designer. I loved both they works so I choose to do them both, which am doing" I felt good telling someone, such an interesting thing about myself.

"Why are you saying was? Did your parents move to other professions?" Telling him this is opening up myself and I don't want to open up and then the next thing he just walks away from my life. "You don't have to tell me if you don't want" his words made me want to trust him with my story. So just like that, I shared my story; the death of my parents- with my boss, aka, Mr. Heartless.

His reaction was so unlike him, it shook me. Jason Del Ray, hugged me. By this time we were both standing making it very possible for this event to take place. "Am sorry" he said, his voice sounded like he had seen a death like myself. "It wasn't your fault" the words were barely above a whisper. Not because I was hurt but because his arms were warped around my body so tight. He seemed as if he cared.
