Independence Day

July 4th is a day of celebration, a day of remembrance and the day where many families can get buck ass wild with their fireworks. This couldn't be any truer for the WWE couple of Cassie McIntosh and Trevion Butler as they had rare off-day in their hellacious on the road schedule. As of the moment the two were currently sleeping in their master bedroom when all of a sudden the door nearly came off its hinges and their two-year old twins Sky and Star came in promptly started jumping on top of their mother and father's sleeping bodies.

Sky: Happy Indwependance Day Mommy and Daddy!!

Star: Wake up it's our birthday!

Cassie: Just five more minutes sweethearts; I'm sure daddy can do something until I wake up.

Trevion: Way to throw me under the bus Cassie... Come on you two let's go take Astro and Sherriff out for a walk and maybe some ice cream until mom wakes up.

Trevion hopped out of the bed put on his special Fourth of July outfit and turned his attention to dealing with the kids and dogs. Little did the girls realize that their mother was only playing sleep as she everything planned perfectly from the Birthday to the types of meats she would want Trevion to barbecue to the guest list to the most vital part of their birthdays, the fireworks. As soon as they left, Cassie went into holiday-planning mode. After about an hours long walk, Trevion returned with the girls and pups only for Cassie to surprise them with a massive birthday cake that she prepared the previous day.

Cassie: Happy Birthday my little angels!

Trevion: What do you guys think? Your mom spent all day yesterday making this cake just for the two of you!

Star: It's so big!

Sky: It's so tall!

The twins wanted to get a little taste but Cassie tapped their hands to dissuade them from eating the cake.

Cassie: Not today little ones we have guests coming maybe when they all arrive then you can dig in. Deal?

Sky and Star: Oh fine!

Just then the door bell rang and through the door came Cassie's soul sister Jessica and her new fiancé Shane. Jessica hugged Cassie while Shane and Trevion bro-hugged and then ruffled the twins' brunette hair

Cassie: Jessica and Shane come on in!

Jessica: Thanks sis, I brought my world famous chicken salad along for the ride.

Skylar: Auntie Jessica!!!

Jessica: Hey you two bring Aunt Jessie some love!!!

The twins ran over to their "aunt" tackling her and Shane in the process when Cassie the massive diamond on Jessica's finger.

Cassie: Wow that's bigger than my engagement ring Jessica!

Trevion: Holdup when did you two get engaged?; I mean I knew it was bound to happen but still you caught off us guard!

Jessica: It happened a little while after you had the twins but during our one-year anniversary on our date in China; he faked breaking his ankle and then got on his good knee and proposed to me!!!! We're thinking maybe a winter wonderland type of wedding date and I would love if you'd be my Maid of Honor Cassie?

Cassie: Absolutely, you're my Iconic Life Partner! I'll be the best Maid of Honor the world has ever seen just you wait!

Shane: What say you Tre; I would've asked Nick or Matt but Nick has to get his wisdom teeth pulled out and Matthew is out of town because of a funeral for his granddad. So could you be my best man?

Trevion: Throw in Star and Skylar being the flower girls and you got yourself a deal!

Shane: I can definitely arrange something for the birthday girls now can't we?

Skylar and Star: Sir yes Sir!

Shane: Excellent now come on Trevion let's grill these steaks, the others are bringing the burgers, kabobs and all the other essentials on hand when they get here.

Trevion: Now you're speaking my language I got the grill all fired up, bring those bad boys out here!!

As the men of their respective relationships left to get grilling the visitors came in left and right with fellow colleagues such as Gionna, Doris and Sarah aka the Riott Squad came first then married couples such as Trinity and John, John and Nicole and Devin and Amber came along with the kids with their own variety of fireworks for the big display that would overtake the usually quiet suburb in Orlando. As the party raged on, Cassie and Trevion grabbed the birthday cake made as a specialty for Skylar and Star. As everyone sang a banging rendition of Happy Birthday to the girls everyone went their separate ways be it a dip in the pool, making their stomachs happy or waiting for the big boom. Cassie and Trevion were currently talking to Doris about Extreme Rules.

Doris: So are you guys ready to take your skills to the extreme in a couple of weeks?

Trevion: As always I've been saving a couple of moves for Elias after he destroyed my back with his guitar of doom. What about you two? First ever Extreme Rules match for women and you two are main-eventing the evening.

Cassie: I wouldn't be lying if I said I was nervous but then again I'm doing this with someone I can trust my life with. And the fact we're both on the main roster isn't helping my nerves any.

Trevion: Well I know you two are the best of the very best and I'm glad are finally getting the spotlight you deserve. While I wish I was main-eventing, I'm so proud my wife is taking part in her first ever closing match of a pay-per-view. Now I want you two to tear the house down this next Sunday!

The married couple kissed when their daughters tugged their clothes.

Skylar: Can we pop the fireworks now daddy?

Trevion: Go make sure everyone is ready and then come back to me ok? Go grab your sister and be polite to our guests.

Skylar and Star did exactly as their father asked of them and after ten minutes of corralling the guests, Trevion began to speak.

Trevion: Now I know a lot of you want the big booms and the pretty explosions so I won't keep us long. First off let's give a big congratulations to Jessica and Shane who revealed to Cassie and I that they're getting married this winter!!

Everyone showered the engaged duo with affection as he continued.

Trevion: Next up I want to thank everyone who attended to this big celebration not only of our Nation's Independence but also the day that God blessed Cassie and I with the greatest gift ever, Skylar and Star. I know I say it often girls but you two truly are the best things that ever came into your mother and fathers' lives and we love you two so Happy Birthday! Now with all the sentimental crap, whose ready for the fireworks???

Everyone cheered as the Superstar of Destiny returned with his "ammunition" and the party seemingly just got started as the explosions occurred. Amongst the commotion, Trevion snuggled up right beside his wife and the kids did the same thing with their father.

Cassie: Happy Fourth of July, sweetheart!

Trevion: Right back at you beautiful.

They kissed during the display of fireworks continuing to explode throughout the Orlando skyline.

And while I was typing today I got a huge surprise when I found out my first book on Wattpad, "The Venus Goddess" won the WWE Fanfiction Award for the Best Peyton Royce Fanfiction. The man I should be thanking is Awesomealan11  as he was the catalyst for me winning but I also want to thank everyone who took time to read the over eight-thousand viewed book.
