Kara was walking towards to lesson when she heard a motorcycle engine. Turning around she saw that, even with the helmet and visor, it was Anthony. He wore this black leather jacket that had the zipper on the left side along with buttons to cover the zipper. She knew this mostly from their first encounter. He drove past her; parked the bike a few yards ahead, took the helmet off and waited for her. She looked around, no one was nearby and she was out of sight from the school, kara didn't know if she should be worried. Kara decided to go for it, despite her apprehension.

"Hi." He greeted from his bike, once she was close enough.

"Afternoon." Kara responded slowly. "Can I help you?" No need to be rude yet.

"Let me put this way, we have met twice and both times you have caught me at a, shall we say, less than desirable position," Anthony started out. "It doesn't sit well with me and I wish to rectify it."

"And how do you propose to do that?" She asked.

"You want to see that new black panther movie that come out Saturday? My treat."

"A date? That's your idea of rectifying your self image." Kara didn't see that coming, she didn't know what to expect. Anthony gave a nonchalant shrug.

"If you want to call it that, I like to think of it more as a 'get to know you better' occasion." Anthony confirmed, "Really nothing more than an action flick and some bad fast food afterward."

"Ummmm, I-I-I got to think that one over," kara spattered. "Sorry."

"No, it's okay, it's fine," Anthony chuckled, "You know where to find me."

"Yeah." She agreed as he put on his helmet.

"See you tomorrow." He said as he put on his helmet, started his bike and drove off. Leaving jer in a conundrum as she continued on her way to the rink.

On one hand, shr had several reasons not to go. First and foremost being he was a biker and she really did not want to be associated with him. Secondly, she wasn't exactly comfortable with being in a scenario that could end badly. She could hate the movie; likely. Mum also would probably flip his lid at the idea. There were a dozen reasons not to go.

On the other hand, she was slightly curious about this guy who was so awkward yet was held in what seemed to be high respect from his group; even if Snoutlout took his leg. That was another thing that had her perplexed. She had not expected that by a long shot. She had more than a few questions Plus, he seemed like a nice decent guy. So do lots of people and not everyone is who they say they are.

She had to put this argument on hold for lesson. Her teacher always required all her focus, for which kara was glad. However, once practice was over the mental debate started up again. It could be fun. It could suck. He might be nice. He could be a total asshole. Yadda, yadda. She didn't know why she was even considering this; it wasn't like she was 'interested' in him, but she was curious about him in general, why did his guys follow him? Why does he live that lifestyle? Questions like this kept swirling around her head all the way home.

Finally, kara decided to get a second opinion. Picking up her phone she skimmed through her contacts and clicked 'Call.'

"Hey kara, what's up?" Lisa answered. Being cousins, kara's face would have shown up on Rapunzel's display.

"Hi liz, listen I-uh need your help with something." Kara cringed. God,this is so awkward.

"Oh dear that's not good, is it math? I usually ask you about the tough questions."

"No, no this is about something else, I probably know what I should do, I just need someone to tell me."

"You're being a little cryptic karaaaaa!," Lisa snickered, "I need more to go on than that."

"Sorry, it's just..j… I don't know how to put it."

"Just say what you need to say." Lisa goaded.

"Okay, you know that biker Anthony?" Lisa confirmed that she knows him, "Well, let's just say we ran into each a couple times and he felt he left a bad impression, so he kind of… asked me out."

"HE ASKED OUT!?" Lisa squealed.

"Shhh! Not exactly, he invited me to a movie for a 'get to know each other better' treatment."

"So he asked you out."

Ugh "Yes."

"Hmmm intriguing, what did you tell him?"

"I told him I had to think about it, he caught me off guard." Kara answered.

"Ah! That's why you called me!" She Asserted.

"Yes, you've had experience with rogues as it were." Max wasn't always exactly on the straight and narrow. He had been part of a crew with two guys when he met Lisa and her two years ago.

"Two very different situations girl, you know that." A job had gone bad, someone was badly hurt and Max's gang had a falling out.

"How different could it be?" Kara protested, "You know what never mind, just… should I do this?"

"He said all it was, was a movie?" She queried.

"And some fast food" Kara confirmed. Just say no, please.

"Then yeah, go for it girl, it could be fun." NOOOoooooo!

"But…" she began to protest, but Lisa was having none of it.

"If you were going to say no, you wouldn't have called me." Lisa cut in. "I expect a full report afterwards."

"listen here you. Just because I asked you doesn't mean I have to do what you say." Kara scoffed.

"Oh yes you will" Lisa replied confidently.

"Alright, just please don't tell anyone about this," pleaded Kara knowing that she was stuck.

"Of course, discretion is the better part of valour after all."

Sigh… "Alright, I'll see you tomorrow."

"Byeee." 'bleep' Arrrggh! There was no arguing with Lisa. Kara was going to the movies.

"Byeee." Lisa said with a falsetto voice as she ended the conversation. Eeeeeeee! She's going on a date. Kara in her opinion was way too safe, always followed the rules and never tried anything new. Sure she was part clubs and then but that was all. She wasn't a nerd yet studied all the time, as if there wasn't anything else worth doing in life. The fact that she was conflicted by the whole thing was phenomenal. Normally guys who asked kara out got turned down stone cold. She wasn't aware but that moniker 'silver Queen had been used to describe her many times.

How this would turn out is anyone's guess, but hey a girl could dream. What was she thinking...
