“I want to be a permanent part of the family, I am willing to lose you to be with Violetta” Leon said and hugged Violetta
“I can’t see what you see in her, Leon. You are so selfish, I can’t believe you”
“ha. Me selfish, I’m in love with a girl and you have only known her for 1 and ½ days and for a day she had a off day and you want me to stop the wedding and move back to Mexico, you are the selfish one and you know it!”
“don’t talk to me like that, I never raised you to think that you could talk to your mother like”
“I am my own person now, I love Violetta and that’s why we are going to get married”
“I feel sorry for you, I and your father won’t be attending the wedding, you are not allowed back into my house as well”
Herman and Chris was listening in to the conversation and Chris said “actually, I am attending the wedding and you are not allowed back into my house as I’m filing for a divorce right now. Leon, Violetta, you can come to my house anytime my family”
“you, you, you can’t divorce me, you are betraying me! You like that evil girl who is going to be our sons wife within a month”
“yeah, me and Herman has known each other for years and years and I couldn’t imagine my son marrying into a better family. You get the next flight to Mexico then everyone will be happy”
“but I live in Argentina”
“you lost your house in Argentina, you have to go back to Mexico to be with your sister do you have a place to live, I don’t ever want to see you face again”
“Christopher, she has changed you too, don’t ever try to get in contact with me again, same for you Leon, I can’t stand the sight of you two” she said then looked at everyone with disgust and walked out of hotel never to be seen again
“Leon, I’m sorry you had to see me and your mum getting a divorce”
Leon replied “its ok, I’m happy as I’m gaining a better mother than what she was ever to me”
“come on son, we have to get you to rehearsal”
“its ok, you and Herman go out for a guys day and Angie could help with the singing” Leon said whilst grabbing Violettas hand and walking away and Angie follows them
“lets talk about this in new York, don’t stress, I’m here for you, let it settle in” Violetta said whilst hugging Leon’s arm and walking to the theatre
