Noise complaint

Chapter 1.

The cold air of the hotel hits me as it mixes with the hot anaheim wind. I am greeted by the beautiful marbled floor, cozy waiting area, and smell of fresh brewed coffee in the free breakfast area. The entire hotel was marvelous and classy, even the front desk. I approach the front desk and is greeted by a very serious woman standing behind the counter typing into a computer.

"Hello, Welcome to the Hilton Hotel. Do you have reservations?" She asks, looking up for only a slight second to recognize the client, being me.

"Yes. My name is Sydni Carson.". I reply, and try to act very serious as she was.

"Yes. Your room is 419 and you will be staying with Vidcon. Correct?" She asks typing more stuff into the computer.

"That's right." I say smiling so happily.

I have been waiting to go to Vidcon forever and I'm finally going as a guest. The computer makes a beep then she swipes my room key along the side of the computer to activate the card.

"Here is your card. There is a booklet in your room with the room service menu and number and all the numbers you'll need for the hotel." She says smiling and handing over my card.

"Thank you." I say as i grab the card and put it in my wallet.

"Enjoy your stay." She looks back down at the computer and starts to type even more.

I grab a cart from the doorway and roll it out to my car. I was very excited about being a guest this year. With having 600,000 subscribers and having two meet and greets at Vidcon, I will get to meet so many fans and other youtubers that I have never met. I make it to my car and pop the trunk. I realize I probably brought not enough. My best friend, of three years, Heather and I were staying in Anaheim till Monday then staying in an hotel in L.A. for two weeks. We are meeting for the first time at Vidcon and are moving in with each other in L.A. into an apartment.

"Would you like some help with that?" I hear a strange yet familiar voice behind me ask.

I turn around to see Heather standing there behind me smiling so wide.

"Heather!" I say so excitedly and pulling her in for a hug. "I can't believe your here. I thought I was supposed to pick you up at the airport in like three hours?" I ask and releasing her.

"Well my flight ended early and I just decided to come to the hotel and surprise you since I knew you would be here already." She says with a huge smile on her face.

"Lets get my bags on the cart then go check you in." I say grabbing one of my bags and loading it onto the cart.

We load up all my bags onto the cart and roll it into the hotel. The same lady that worked with me was still typing away at the computer.

"Hello. Welcome to the Hilton Hotel. Do you have a reservation?" she asks going through the same process as I did.

"Yes. My name is Heather Johnston." Heather says while looking down at the woman typing her name into the computer.

"You are also staying with Vidcon. and you have preordered a con jointed room with Sydni Carson. Correct?" She asks looking up for an answer.

"Yes." Heather replied while lightly nodding her head.

"You have room 418. There is a brochure in the room filled with numbers for the hotel and a room service menu. Enjoy your stay." The woman finishes to say as she swips the card along the side of the computer and hands it  Heather the key.

"Thank you." Heather says grabbing the card and putting it in her purse.

Heather grabs a cart and I grab mine and we go out to her car to load up her luggage. She pops her trunk to her car. She starts to load up her cart with the luggage that she brought for Vidcon.
