Prologue: An Offer for the New Justice

"For Everything That Believes In Justice"

Summer, 1816

Britannica City, United Kingdom of Leinbjorn

Somewhere, in front of a building on the east side of the Jekyll Park, A group of men in black suits was gathered to discuss something important about a new proposal that going to be presented in front of the members of the Council of the People of Leinbjorn. It was a sunny day and their bodies were drenched with sweats under the suit they wore for today's council meeting. With this kind of weather, they should consider entering the building so they can cool down the heat off their bodies. But the recent rumor regarding the topic for this essential event seems to be more interesting than just a mere spot change. So they just ignore the heat of the summer's sun and prefer to discuss this new info they had received this morning with just the three.

"So is it true Mr. Watson, about the rumor around this morning?"

"Just as I said Mr. Lindenschaft, the council administration has confirmed to me that topic will be the theme of discussion for today's council meeting"

"Hmph, If what you say is true, then it will be a problem for us to continue our plans if the other members are going to accept their offer"

"Indeed Mr. Bluestrout, this is also something new for us even for the military. Their recent actions may not be in our best interests, but now...This is just too much for them to ask for"

The Victoria Tower then rang its bell above the city to notify the citizens that it was already a high noon for Britannica 

The three gentlemen then checked their pocket watch to see if it was already the time to start the council meetings. The man who seems to be the one who's driving the conversation then started to suggest his companions to join the other members of the council inside the building.

"Well Gentlemen, for now, the only thing we should do first, is to know how they will present their proposal to the other council members"

"I agree with you Mr. Thomas, let's get inside the council room now. After all, I'm starting to feel baked inside this suit right now. This summer heat is truly the worst for our own good health"

The three men then ended their conversation and start to climb up the stairs of the building's gate. They began to greet the other council member they know and blended with the other men in the black suits. Those conversations they just talked before was kept only for those three, away from the rest of the members.

The council room of the People of Leinbjorn

12.13 pm

In a two floors-squared room that constructed with a well-aged Mahoney wood. A group of gentlemen which consisted of 54 people with different backgrounds was gathered to discuss an important proposal they received a week ago. As its look like all the members of the council already filled the entire seat in the room, the content of the proposal was probably too important to be missed. Thanks to the rumor that was spreading around among them.

As the room was being filled with chatter and whispers from the impatient council members, the giant door to the room was opened from the outside. Followed by a gallant man in a white rob who entering the room with the council guards behind him. All the peoples in the room became silent and started paying their respect to the man who just entered the room. That honored person was the head of the Council of the People of Leinbjorn and will be the one who leads the discussion regarding the new proposal. He walks through the room in a befitting manner for the highest person in the council - as he had a responsibility to brings honor of his own family name in that sacred position.
