Ch. 43: Arrest.

Summer's POV:

I woke up to people laughing. I groaned and tried to get up but failed. I looked around and noticed Jack was still holding me. I smiled and gently unwrapped his arms and got up.

"Guys, can you please be quiet. Jack is sleeping and I don't want him to wake up." I said. I got into the living room and Matt had nutella all over his face.

"What are you doing?" I said while walking close to them. I realized there was a camera set up. "Oh, youtube video?" "Yeah." Nash said while laughing a little.

There was a knock on the door and I went to open it. As I was walking to the door Jack came downstairs. He kissed my cheek and opened the door for me. I laughed and looked in the door way.

"Hello, Summer Johnson?"

"That's me." I said while smiling. "Where's your sister Ally?" The man said while trying to look behind me. "Right here." Ally said while popping up behind me.

"And who is this?" He said while pointing to Jack. I didn't know what me and Jack were. It was confusing. I looked at him, "Boyfriend." He said while intertwining our fingers. I smiled and looked back at the man.

"Well, Summer, Ally, your coming with me. Your under arrest." He said and I felt my knees get weak. Jack's grip got tighter on me. Nash came up behind Ally and grabbed her waist.

"What the fuck did we do?" Ally said while trying to get out of Nash's grip. "You killed your sister Kayla. Your Father reported you. Your coming with me."

I looked at Ally and she had a disgusted look on her face. I felt tears in my eyes but i held them back. "Our Fathe-" I tried to say something but he cut me off. "Save it! We will interview you two later. Who was all there?"

"Ryan, Taylor, and us." I said. "Okay. We will pick them up. Where do they live?" He said while getting a notepad and pen out. I told him where Taylor was. Ryan was staying with Taylor.

"Wait! Can Jack and Nash come with us?" Ally said while grabbing Nash's hand. "Whatever. Come on."

I looked at Jack and grabbed his hand again. Ally was walking as slow as she could but the officer grabbed her arm and yanked her forward.

"WATCH IT SHE'S PREGNANT!" Nash yelled as he got closer to Ally. "Sorry." The officer mumbled.

Nash and Jack had to take separate cars. I hugged Jack like it was the last time I would ever see him. I took my chance. I wrapped my arms around his neck and put our lips together.

We had to pull away and he smiled. "I will see you later, I promise. I'm not leaving your side anymore Summer."

I smiled and got into the cop car with Ally. "Anything you say can be held against you so you better not say anything stupid." The officer said while starting the car.

I looked at Ally. She looked down at her stomach. "Your not gonna be born in prison. I can promise you." She whisper and blew a kiss to it. I smiled. "We are gonna get out of this Ally."

"I know, but why do we have a screwed up family?" She said while laughing a little. "I don't know. Life is cruel man."
