"Jungkook, wake up." Jungkook woke up to the sound of skin hitting skin. He turned around but the sound was still there, and a burning sensation started forming on his cheek. "Jeon Jungkook! Wake up!"
Jungkook sat up, eyes alert. He touched his cheek, which was red and swollen. "Were you slapping me?" Jungkook asked with disbelief. How could she slap my beautiful face?
"Yes, yes I was. Since you weren't waking up." Jiyeon replied.
Jungkook groaned, lying back down. "Now my head and my face hurts." he complained. "How are we even together?"
"Don't you remember?" She asked looking at him in confusion.
"No," Jungkook lied. He wanted to mess with Jiyeon, trying to test her drunken memory. "All I remember was you kissing me deeply and calling me Daddy."
Jiyeon looked at Jungkook with disgust. "Did you have a wet dream or are you messing with me?"
"No, I'm serious. I remember you kissing me, moaning, and calling me Daddy." he said with a smug face.
"Right. Well, I wasn't that drunk last night," Jiyeon explained, "And you thought I was your possessed teddy bear. Kookie." Jiyeon teased.
"You seriously don't remember? That's because you are my teddy bear, and I get to play with you." he replied with a smirk. Why did she remember Kookie?
"Of course." Jiyeon sarcastically said, standing up and walking out of the room. "We have to go to the pub, Kookie. Hurry up and get ready." Jiyeon mocked.
Jungkook quickly took a shower and changed into clean clothes, wincing at every sudden movement because of his terrible headache. He walked into the kitchen, listening to Jiyeon humming. He watched her eat a banana as he grabbed a bottle of painkillers and downing three pills. Why can't I be a banana?
"Stop calling me that." Jungkook grumbled. Jiyeon fell silent and looked at Jungkook. "Stop calling me Kookie."
"You're the one who told me to." Jiyeon argued, grinning. Jungkook sighed, regretting the decisions he had made earlier that morning. "C'mon we gotta go now."
Jungkook leaned on the counter, looking at Jiyeon's clothes. "You're gonna leave in that? Your alcohol smelling, sweat soaked clothes?"
"I don't have any other clothes right now, Jungkook." Jiyeon sighed, throwing away her banana peel.
"You can borrow mine." Jungkook smiled, showing off his two front teeth.
"Like hell, I will." Jiyeon said, turning around to get her shoes.
"Oh, come on. You stink like hell. You need to look good." Jungkook blocked Jiyeon, preventing her from walking. "At least borrow a sweatshirt." he said with a soft smile and bright eyes.
Jiyeon stared at Jungkook's eyes, watching them glimmer in the light. "Fine." she said, defeated. She didn't want to give in to Jungkook, but she had to admit.
She smelled like shit.
Jungkook smiled, grabbing a black sweatshirt from his closet and tossing it to Jiyeon. "Freshly washed." he reassured.
The duo walked out of apartment 456B, each feeling happy.
___________Geunyoung woke up to the smell of pancakes. She opened her eyes, her vision blurry. The first thing she noticed was that she wasn't at home. An empty whiskey bottle laid on the floor next to her and she was on a couch, wrapped around in a blanket. The second thing she noticed was Taehyung beautifully rapping a song about cyphers and kills.
"Good morning Geunyoung," Taehyung said while making the pancakes. "There's a bottle of Advil on the dining table if you want."
Geunyoung stood up, her eyes still half closed, and slowly walked up towards the table. She opened the bottle, pouring a bunch of pills in her mouth. "How are you so energetic?" Geunyoung muttered, her voice raspy.
"I'm Taehyung. I'm always energetic." Taehyung smiled and continued rapping, swinging his arms and dancing to the beat.
Geunyoung leaned on the table, happily observing the rapping man in front of her. She still felt like shit, but Taehyung could make anyone feel better. She cleared her throat, which was hurting from all the alcohol she drank last night.
"Taehyung, you're such a great rapper." Geunyoung scoffed.
"I know. I'm amazing." Taehyung smoothly said. "Yoongi hyung raps it better though." Taehyung sighed, keeping his voice low, but wanting Geunyoung to hear. "Pancakes are ready." He grabbed a plate from a cabinet and placed all the pancakes on it, creating a tall stack.
Geunyoung took a seat, worried about Taehyung's too tall stack of pancakes. "Are you sure that's not gonna collapse?" Geunyoung asked as the pancakes leaned dangerously to the right.
"Don't worry," Taehyung reassured, "It's always this tall." He placed the plate on the table, grabbing two more plates and a handful of utensils.
Geunyoung shook her head. "This is a lot of pancakes, Tae."
"I know. I always bring some to the pub to give to my hyungs. Plus Jungkook." Taehyung said, his back turned away from Geunyoung. "Ta da!" Taehyung turned around, carrying a gigantic bowl with a squirrel in the middle and a glass cover.
"What the hell is that?" Geunyoung asked, amused.
"It's the special maple syrup!" He placed the bowl on the table, taking off the cover and dipped a pancake in.
Geunyoung smiled. She grabbed a pancake, dipping it in the squirrel bowl and stuffing it in her mouth.
