*Can release a powder that leaves his victims asleep once asleep can manipulate the dreams of the victim and turn them into horrific nightmares, ideal to interrogate and get secret information as torture, then the victim awoke remembering nothing.
Weaknesses:
*As is bigger than Pesky Dust, flies slower.
*Even Toe Dust can't see his face without being totally attracted by his own tenderness.
