*Can breathe under water.
*His mouth has multiple toungues that stretch at great distances.
*Can swallow anything and store it in his stomach.
*He can digest everything in his stomach, and expel him by spitting a beam of energy or a powerful freezing laser
*Can vomit a large torrent of mud
Weaknesses:
*If use his frozen breath too long, will need to catch his breath before using it to freeze again.
*Can't swallow electricity because it would overload in his stomach.
*If he doesn't spit something he eats, he would get very fat and inmovile until he spits it out
