"Why are you doing this?!" I screeched at him as the pain of a million knives shot through my back.

"You were going to leave me..." I saw no tears slip down his cheeks. He held up his hand, a black mist forming around his fingertips.

Throw me in the water

Don't think about the splash I will create

My wrists burned and bled from the constant friction of the metal shackles against my skin. I tried my best to break free of the chains before it was too late.

Leave me at the altar

Knowing all the things you just escaped

I stopped. "I thought you loved me..." I cried.

The mist began to disperse as he pulled his arm back to his chest. Eyes opened wide with tears brimming, he opened his mouth slightly. He then squinted them, a few tears slipping. He turned away from me, but then looked back, gritting his teeth and furrowing his brows. Anger was in his expression as he held out his arm again.

Push me out to sea

On a little boat that you made

Out of the evergreen

That you helped your father cut away

"Seto..." I whispered. "Please..."

Leave me on the tracks

To wait until the morning train arrives

"I'm sorry Ty," he closed his eyes and took a deep breath. "I love you..."

The mist shot towards me, darkness consuming my vision. I held my breath for as long as I could but I couldn't do it. The mist traveled through my airways, suffocating me as it did. I recognized the smell. It was the scent of death. The scent of him.

'Cause this is torturous electricity

Between both of us

Shocks were sent through my body, but they didn't hurt all that bad. I recognized those as well; the sparks I had felt when I first kissed him. And the memory hurt more then the mist.

What did I do? I wouldn't have left him. I had loved him with all my heart, but now all I feel is pain. Then it stopped.

Wait until the snow covers me up

I pulled the darkness back into my palms, away from the boy across the room. A chill shot through my body when it touched my skin. I was frozen.

So I cannot move

So I'm just embedded in the frost

"Ty?" I whispered out hoarsely.

Then leave me in the rain

Wait until my clothes cling to my frame

I ran over to the lifeless body and checked for a pulse. Nothing.

What had I done?

Wipe away your tear stains

Thought you said you didn't feel pain

Pressing my lips against his for one last time, I felt the tears stream down my cheeks. I pulled away. He was already getting cold.

Well this is torturous electricity

I had murdered the one person I had left in cold blood.

"I'm sorry..." I whispered.

But I hate your guts.

"I'm sorry I thought you would leave me..."

"Please come back..."

I slowly walked away from the scene I had just created, hearing the sirens outside already. I summoned the mist again, letting it consume me. I smiled.

Well this is torturous
