This is the sequel to "A Love Never To Be Lost" I would suggest that you read that story first becuase thus is the sequel. This book will be about Shyane and Damien after Shayne proposed in the last book.
It's the next morning. Shayne propsed to me yesterday. I still can't believe it. 6 monthes ago I was in the hospital and nearly died, and now I'm engaged to the man of my dreams. But we still have to tell our parents. I haven't seen Shayne mom in years, and my mom is going to be so excited. I woke up first, as per usual, I walked down to the kitchen and was greeted by Freyja brushing against my leg. I opened the cabniet and got out flour and baking powder. Then opened the fridge to get out milk and eggs. I mixed them all together in the correct ratio and got out the waffle maker. Before turning it on I sprayed it with non-stick oil. I poured some mix into the waffle maker and closed it. I turned on the TV and saw more stuff about Trumps laws and stuff. I am so done just hearing about it. My timer dinged and I took out the waffle. I poured in the next on and prepared a plate for Shayne. I have dressed the plate with strawberries and placed it on the counter. As if on cue, Shayne came down stairs. "Breakfeast is on the counter" I smiled and kissed his forehead. "Thanks baby" he said with a raspy voice. "My parents are coming over today, around 2" I said as i pulled my waffle out of the maker. "Oh, thats nice" he said without looking up from his food. "You okay baby?" I said as I joined him at the counter. "Yeah" he kinda mumbled. I guess I will just leave him alone. He finished first and went upstairs to get ready. He came down stairs wearing this...

He was buttoning up his shirt as he walked down the stairs. I noticed his ring, solid gold on his left hand. "I see that I'm the girl" I noted pointing out his ring. "Well... yeah" He whispering and then giggled. "Hey I found your smile!" I exclaimed. "What do you mean?" He asked. "Nevermind" I giggled, bent down and kissed him. I placed my hands behind hus neck with his arms around my waist. "I wanna stay like this" he whined.
Shayne POV "I wanna stay like this" I whined. "Nope we have work!" Damien said happily. "I'm driving!" He called as he walked away. I caught up to him and reached for his hand. I guess his mom is coming to the Smoffice for lunch. I placed my head on Damiens shoulder as we walked. "Are you sure you're okay Shayne?" He asked inquisitivly. "I'm just nervous, about my mom. I mean your mom and dad are so supportive. And mine just aren't. They don't like me with you. I just don't want them to be mad" I said in one big breath. He inhaled and said "Shayne all that matters is this..." He held up our hands with rings on it. "If they don't agree, they'll come around." He kissed my forehead as we got in the car. We walked into the Smoffice hand in hand. We were talking about how Zelda needed to be taken to the vet when Joven yelled "LOOK IT'S OUR LITTLE ENGAGED BOI'S!!!" "Hello to you too, Joven" Damien laughed. I had to go over to the Squad now. "By love" I kissed Damiens forehead. Theni walked to the Smoffice.
Damien POV Today we were filming a Bored AF. I was excited. I've never been engaged before, I mean obviously. Boze ran up to me and nearly knocked me over. She was hanging on me. Then she got off and... smacked me. She smaked me. "Ow!!" I yelled. "Thats for not telling me you were getting engaged!" She yelled. "I didn't know! He asked me yesterday! Weren't you there?!?" I responded now flustered. "No. Sorry. I was just confused." She said. I laughed and englufed her in a hug. Matt Raub came up to me. "So Damien, I know you just got engaged, but would you think about putting the wedding on the channel?" He asked. I mean, I think it'd be cool. "Yeah, it's fine with me but make sure you ask Shayne!" I yelled as Matt walked away. "I see someone's the girl." Boze picked up my hand and inspected the ring. "It's pretty" she concluded. "I think so." I whispered and felt my face get warm, but I smiled. "My boi is blushing!" Boze said. "You wanna see something even cooler?" I asked her. She nodded smiling. I showed her where the date "5-23-16" was engraved. "Its when we started dating" I said. She just smiled.
I walked into the office and everyone turned to me. Wes ran up and said. "Omg omg omg! I'm so sorry i had to leave yesterday before I congratulated you!" I was trapped in a bone crushing hug from Wes. "Wes... Can't breath... Too tight" I managed to get out. "Wes! Don't kill him!" Mari yelled. Wes let go. Then Joven and Boze came in and we started filming. We were playing Privacy. It was going well and we were having alot of fun. "Have you ever regreted a decision in a relationship?" Mari read from the card. "My boi Damien can't regret anything. He just got engaged!" Boze said. "Ooh my gosh Boze!" I yelled "Way to drop the ball" I was actually fine with it, just addimg drama for the cameras. "Explanation!" Wes and Joven started chanting. "Okay, Okay? Just shut up" I said. "Shayne and I are engaged. Their you happy?" Joven said "No, the fans wanna know how." "Fine..." I explained the short version. Then the game countined. I won. Shayne and I met in the lobby waiting for my mom and dad. That walked in and i gave them each a hug. "Hi mom, hi dad" I said.
Shayne POV I was nervous, but not that much. We sat down at a lunch table and begin to eat. We were talking when Damien put down his food and grabbed my hand. He had been careful to hide his left hand through out lunch. "Mom, dad, we're engaged!" Damien said. We both held our breath waiting for the reaction. "Oh my gosh!" His mom yelled. "My baby is getting married!" His dad just laughed. We explained the story and finished lunch.
