"WAKE UP BROOKLYN! YOUR GOING TO BE LATE FOR SCHOOL!!"

That my friends, is my annoying brother, Axel. He's in college, but he's currently on break for some reasons. As for my parents, they're on a business trip for a week, so my brother will be "taking" care of me.

"IF YOU DON'T GET OUT OF BED NOW, I'M EATING YOUR PANCAKES AND BACON!"

I quickly jumped up. There is no way I'm letting him devour my precious food. Don't judge me, food is legit the best thing you can ask for!

"I'M UP! I'M UP!! LEAVE MY FOOD OUT OF THIS!" I yelled, praying he stays away from my food.

I looked at the clocked and noticed that it was 7:23. I started running to my closet because school starts in 30 minutes. I threw on the first things I see, which happens to be a pair of skinny light washed jeans and a white t-shirt. Good enough for me. I ran to my bathroom, brushed my teeth and combed my hair. I decided to go to school make up free, cause' why not. I grabbed my backpack and ran down the stairs, not forgetting the fact that I am extremely late.

Once I got down the stairs, I immediately stuffed my face with the pancakes and bacon on my plate. I realized that I finished my breakfast in 5 minutes, and mentally gave myself a pat on my back. I slipped on my white converse and practically sprinted out the door to catch the bus. As I arrived to the bus stop, the bus just got there. I silently thanked myself for not being any later than I already was.

When I got on the bus, I grabbed my phone out to check the time and it was 7:44. Thank god I don't live too far from school or else I would be so late. 5 minutes later, I arrived at school. I honestly just want to go home and jump back into bed. I hated the fact that I have to go to school. It can't even be considered school, it's more of a hell hole. Oh, I forgot to mention that I go to Clear Waters High School.

Don't get me wrong, I love seeing my friends. But teachers can be so annoying sometimes. Especially on Mondays. My thoughts were interrupted when I saw my best friend, Holly, running towards me.

"Hey Brook! How ya doing?" Holly asked, with a grin on her face.

I groaned in response and said, "I hate school. I hate Mondays. I hate waking up early. I hate how annoying my brother is. Life's great! Note the sarcasm..."

"You seem to be enjoying life. Well anyways, I heard that there will be new boys that are transferring here this week. Rumor has it that they're really hot. I'm so excited!!" Holly squealed, causing me to jump.

"My precious ears are forever damaged! Send help!!" I dramatically said.

"Gee thanks Brook. I feel very loved. But I'm being serious! What if we get a chance with them?? I heard there are 4 of them." She said, clearly not hearing what she was saying.

"Are you high or something?? There is no way they would even notice us. I don't know if you noticed, but we're not exactly categorized as popular people. I bet you Queen Bee Brittany would throw herself at them." I exclaimed.

"True, true. Brittany will definitely do so. I mean, she is pretty desperate." Holly replied.

BRRINGGGGGG

As the bell rang, indicating that class is starting in a few minutes, Holly and I walked to our lockers grabbing our textbooks along with everything else we needed. Once we got everything we needed, we said bye to each other and parted our own ways until lunch.

After three terrible hours filled we the teacher's lectures and work, it was FINALLY time for lunch. I basically sprinted out the door going to the lunch line before it gets too long. If it gets too long, there wouldn't be anymore good food left. When I got there, the line was pretty short so I was able to get a slice of pizza with a side of fries. Once I payed, I walked to a window table where Holly and I normally sat. I saw that Holly was already there.

"Hey girl, how was your amazing lectures?" I said sarcastically.

"They were obviously terrible. They always go on blabbering about pointless things that don't even matter. Like no one needs to know what you ate for breakfast." Holly complained.

"You seem to have had a very eventful morning! Maybe your afternoon lectures will be even better! One of your teachers might tell you what they ate for breakfast." I said, trying to keep myself from bursting into laughter.

"Ha ha, your soooooooooooo funny." Holly said, rolling her eyes as well.

I laughed while I enjoyed my lunch before having to go back to the boring lectures. I really wouldn't go to school if it didn't affect my future at all. But apparently going to school is super important or else you won't get a good job and blah blah blah.

Sadly lunch ended and we were all off to our classes once again. I obviously am hoping for the day to end faster. I mean everyone would agree with me when it came to this. Who doesn't want to go home to a tub of ice cream, a comfy bed, and television all waiting for you.

Like I hoped, classes did end fast. Thank the lord! My teachers were legit just either talking about their boring love life or they would just end up blabbering about random topics. I wouldn't know what topics though because I always zone out. I would just sit at my favorite seat, the window seat at the back, and stare out the window wondering when school will finally be over. It did work, cause' look where I'm at now?! I'm outta school and already planning what I would do once I get home.

I said bye to Holly once I found her. When the long goodbye finally ended, I walked to the bus stop waiting for the bus. After what seemed like ages, I ran up to the front door of my house and unlocked it. I took off my shoes and went to my room to drop off my backpack. I walked back downstairs to grab me a tub of ice cream and went to the living room to watch television. I'm also wondering where my brother is because he didn't leave a note or anything.

Once I finished my snack, I went up to my room to do my homework. Even though school started not too long ago, teachers liked giving out many assignments. Which I think is just pure evil and mean. They do know that they'll have more assignments to grade though right?

In the middle of my homework session, I heard the front door open and close. I went to see if it was my brother. It was my brother indeed with my favorite chinese takeout! I walked up to him and grabbed the takeout from his hands and went to the dining room. I started to stuff my face with rice and orange chicken. I tried to stop myself from moaning due to the fact that this is the best dinner ever.

"Wow Brookie! You could have at least say thank you to your wonderful brother." Axel said, while putting a hand over his heart, showing how hurt he was.

"Thanks my oh so wonderful brother. What would I do without you!" I replied sarcastically, while rolling my eyes.

He started shaking his head and gave me a smile.

"I'm gonna go up and take a shower. DON'T EAT ALL THE FOOD. I STILL HAVE TO EAT DINNER TOO." He said, as he went up the stairs.

I decided to be nice and left him a bowl of orange chicken, broccoli, and rice. Once I finished eating, I went back to my room and finished up my homework. After I finished my homework, I went to take a shower and brushed my teeth. Afterwards, I dropped onto my bed and grabbed my phone. I opened it noticing that Holly texted me.

BROOK, I heard that they were coming this Friday!

OMG, OMG, OMG!!

I can't wait to see them.

What if they're Abercrombie models???

Brook?

Hello??

Anybody there?

Holls, you have to calm down. Don't get so excited when you know that they most likely will not notice us at all.

Have a little faith in us will ya?

Well, idk. I'm gonna sleep now. Nite!

K, nite!
