Delusional: Part 2/3

Roc's POV

  (When I woke up, I was tied upside down. I wondered how I got up here. I tried to remember what happened last night, but I couldn't remember anything. I looked down, then I really wished that I didn't. I saw a pit, full of the skinless creatures. Eating bodies that looked like they had been dropped in there right before I did. I looked to my left, and saw a little girl about the age of 10. Her tears fell into the pit. One of them opened their mouth and tasted her salty tears. He growled and snapped his jaws together, signaling he wanted to eat her. I took the time to look around. There were people everywhere, whimpering and crying. All of a sudden, I heard a snap. My head zipped to the side, to see the little girl plummeting 50 feet, down into the devilish pit. Before she even reached the ground, 2 of the things jumped and tore her head into two. The rest ran towards her body, and started to eat from the outside in. Before I knew it, I heard another snap. A woman in her 40's, fell in and hit the ground, instantly killing her before the monsters could. I started to shed silent tears. I couldn't believe this was my time. I didn't even get to live my life. Have a wife, kids, and a great job. DeZha could've been my wife. She could've had my kids. I wish it could've happened. I just lost all hope. But, I'm kind of happy I'm going to die. At least, I'll be with my mother and sister. The snaps of the ropes kept continuing. My tears kept rolling down my cheeks. I couldn't help it. I think I was next. My rope started to loosen up, and I closed my eyes. If I was gonna die, I wasn't gonna die without a fuckin' fight. The rope gave way, and I made my way down.)
