5: OLD DAYS
"JUST LIKE THE OLD DAYS."

IT WAS like time was frozen still. Shawn sat in the airport, his hat covering his face as a way to try and not get recognised by fans. Though, many of the fans that had walked past, had recognised him anyway.

He happily spoke to them, gave them a hug, signed whatever they wanted signed, and took a photo with them. After the last fan, he sat back down in the chair he was in minutes before hand.

He let out a small sigh, pulling his hat off before running his hand through his hair to get it out of his eyes, and then placing it back on his head. Looking around the airport, he noticed several people walking around. It was awfully quiet for a Saturday morning, though, he was sure it would get busier once it hit five am. It was around three.

The brunette had been told by Andrew that the plane would land at three forty five in the morning, meaning he had to get there awfully early. He was exhausted. He hadn't slept that night due to the adrenaline coursing through his veins. It kept him awake, which he was also glad for, otherwise he wouldn't have woken up at the time he needed to to get to the airport.

He removed his hat, as he now felt ridiculous wearing it. He thought that there was no point in wearing it now, as there wasn't many people around. He wouldn't get recognised. He left the hat on his lap, before he crossed his arms over his chest.

Slowly but surely, the brunette had fallen asleep in the comfort of the airport chair. His legs were crossed out in front of him, while his head had dipped back slightly due to being so relaxed.

Daniel held his arms out, and Shawn let out a laugh as he embraced the adult. When they pulled away, Stark walked over to the two of them. The dog nudged his hand, to which he hesitated by the gesture.

Daniel chuckled. "Shawn, you can pat him. It's alright."

Shawn shook his head. "No, it's not that. I'm not scared of him. I love dogs. I'm actually allergic to them," He explained.

"Oh, that's right. You did tell Lauren and I that when you first visited," Daniel realised.

"Yeah," Shawn chuckled nervously. "Oh well. C'mere boy."

Stark walked over to Shawn, who knelt down to the dog's height. Shawn scruffed the dogs head repeatedly, making his tail wag happily. Daniel let out a laugh as Shawn smiled at Stark.

"Shawn! What the hell are you doing?!" Lauren exclaimed.

The blonde had stepped out of the back door, into the garage, when she noticed Shawn petting Stark on the back lawn. She obviously knew of his allergies towards dogs, and was worried as to why he was petting the dog in the first place.

Shawn glanced up at Lauren, who was walking over. "What? I'm giving the dog some loving," Shawn replied.

"But you're allergic."

"But it's more loving than you gave me, and just as toxic," Shawn retorted, sending the blonde a mischievous smirk.

Lauren glared at him, crossing her arms over her chest. Daniel held his laugh in, knowing that something was going to happen between the two teens yet again.
