Dad started driving to his house. What was all once laughs and jokes was now silence and grief. Sav held my hand tightly. Phil was sitting up front with dad, and Rick was sitting next to me.
"I'm sorry Georgia" he said. I wiped away a few of my tears.
"I can't believe it. We all knew he was struggling. We couldn't help him" I cried. Sav hugged me close.
"Hey shhhhhh, calm down. I know it's hard but we'll get through this together" he whispered. I shook my head.

"We both knew he was struggling Sav, we should've helped him" I tried not to cry but failed. He sighed running a hand through his hair.
"I-I'm sorry I couldn't help" he stuttered looking sad.
"I'm never touching alcohol again" Phil sobbed "he's gone, my twin" I looked down trying to remain calm. I couldn't understand show dad was able to drive, his hands were shaking all over the place and he didn't look great. Rick sat in silent, studying the patterns on his hand.

Loralie was getting her own way there apparently. I couldn't care less, but what I did care about was that she would try and keep every scrap of clothing steve had to show off in years to come. I looked down at my hands. We hadn't had a picture together, I had nothing to remind me of him. I started to cry again. Sav started to cry to. I could feel his tears land on my head.

I closed my eyes as I buried my head in his chest. He put his head on mine as I slowly fell asleep again.

In dream

"Steve?" I shouted. He stood there, looking more angelic than ever. He greeted me with his beautiful smile. He slowly walked over to me, immediately wrapping his arms around me.
"Steve" I cried into his shoulder "I need you here with me"

"Hey, it's okay.... I need to tell you something" he whispered. I looked up into his eyes.
"W-What is it?" I stuttered. He sighed moving away. Suddenly a pair of white wings unfolded lit of his back. My eyes widened, they looked so soft.
"D-Don't freak out" he said nervously hugging me again. I hugged back, my hands touching his wings. They were like touching clouds.

"I'm here to tell you. There's a angel on this earth looking for you, he's coming to protect you and the guys, it's mine and his role. You'll meet him" he said soothingly kissing my head.
"W-What? Protect us from what?" I asked nervously. Steve looked down.
"That I can't say, but something is coming. You need to keep safe, I'll always be watching over you"

A black figure jumped out of nowhere grabbing me.

"HELP!" I screamed my eyes opening as I cried hysterically. I was placed on a couch arms wrapping around me immediately.
"S-Steve. Something's coming.... it's coming to get us. Someone is supposed to protect us. Steve's an angel!" I sobbed. Dad wrapped his arms around me.

"Georgia your just dealing with his death" he tried to calm me down. I shook my head looking at Sav
"Y-You believe me right?" I asked. Sav looked at dad. Dad looked at him shaking his head ashamed.
"That stuff doesn't exist!" He hissed.
"B-But joe, maybe she's onto something" Sav defended me sitting down next to me taking my hand.

Dad almost growled, Sav got the hint removing his hand.
"I think your just grieving" Sav sighed. I started to cry again. She looked around realising she was at Steves apartment.
"Where's steve?" I asked looking around the apartment for him. Just to say goodbye. To tell him I love him.

Phil looked down. Rick looked at Dad
"We decided to get the body removed while you were asleep Georgia. It's not good for you to see him" Dad said.
"N-No" I cried "please I need to see him"
"No Georgia" dad raised his voice "NO MEANS NO!" He yelled. Phil gasped.
"Joe that's enough" Rick said.
"No Rick it's okay" I replied getting angry "he thinks he's all 'amazing' because he's THE Joe Elliott who thinks he's on top of the world just because he has a crappy singing voice he can charm people with and his apparent looks can keep all the whores and sluts coming, but you can't keep my mama. She didn't even want me, I was a mistake dad and you know it. I'm better off leaving" I cried harder.

Dad looked down shaking his head.
"I think we should sort everything out" Sav suggested wrapping his arm around me tightly. I nodded as I cried into his chest. As Sav was leading me to Steve's bedroom he muttered something to dad I could just about make out.
"It's our fault she doesn't have a mom. You better look after her or she'll leave just like her mom did" he growled.

Sav grabbed a cardboard box writing my name on it.
"Here" he handed it me "Loralie will be here any minute, so get what you can before she takes it away" he chuckled kissing my head. I smiled sadly nodding. I looked at everything. There were pictures of her and Steve everywhere. I guess he loved her more than I expected.

Then I found a small frame, a picture of me and Steve. I smiled picking it up. A small note fell out of it making me frown. I picked it up reading it. What I read made me cry immediately.

Georgia,
This is for when I'm not here. We know I was never any good, dad proved it. I love you, I know I may not tell you but I do. More than you can imagine. I was planning to propose to you. The ring is in my drawer. Please keep it before Loralie gets anything.

I opened up the drawer finding a small box. I cried holding it.
"S-Steve I hope you can here me" I tried wiping away my tears "I love you" Sav held me close again. He looked at the letter putting it in the box with the ring and frame placing it gently in the box. He helped me up hugging me.
"Come on you" he whispered.
