Hi i love you all and i miss you and im sorry for my writers block <3 im trying! Follow me on twitter!! @kaleidiiner

Ever since the day I'd read the messages on Kirishima's phone, I began to go to work more often, as to distract myself from all of the things I had read that day. I also idiotically, and I'll admit it, continued to tell myself it was probably just a misunderstanding, I mean-- despite that being a stupid idea, it could still be true, right? I mean, that could've been some random person he knows named babe...
Ridiculous, I know. But these thoughts are what 'kept me sane.
One night, as I arrived home from work late, I noticed Kirishima's car in the driveway, which wasn't really odd to me seeing as sometimes he does get home a bit earlier than I do. So I shrugged it off, and pulled out my keys from my purse, locking my car whilst I did that and walking over to the front of my door, unlocking it and walking inside, slipping off my shoes as I sighed. Today had been a long day, and I had actually taken care of quite a few villains. Some terrorizing citizens and others attempting to rob some.
I slowly walked upstairs, placing my purse down in the kitchen table before doing so, as well as my keys, and as I got closer to my room, I heard Kirishima speaking. I stopped in front of the door, positive he was on the phone and decided to eavesdrop.
"Yeah, I already did that earlier. There's really no need to worry-- huh?" He went silent for a while, which I assumed was because the person on the other line was speaking, "Uh, yeah. I've been pretty careful- ya' know? And even if she 'does' find out, I'll just make up a few excuses or you can try using your quirk on her, or somethin'."
She? Were they talking about me? I leaned closer to the door, and as I did so, the floor board underneath me made a soft creaking sound. I stopped altogether, my heart beating so loud I was sure that if Kirishima hadn't heard the floor board, he could probably hear it beating. I heard Kirishima's voice stop, and he sighed.
"Hey? I have to go, I think she's here. Yeah, bye." I heard a beep, indicating he'd hung up and I quickly ran down stairs-- quietly, and sat myself down at the kitchen before calling out to Kirishima. He walked downstairs and looked at me, staring into my eyes before asking, "were you just upstairs?" I gave a confused look and shook my head, "no? why?" He shook his head and sighed. "No reason, I just heard something and thought it might've been you," I shook my head and smiled, "nope!"
He came up behind me and wrapped his arms around my neck and kissed my forehead, making me raise an eyebrow. It made me happy that he was showing some affection, but I was also pissed off at the same time. Why propose to someone just to end up doing this bull crap to them? I wanted to cry on the spot just thinking about it, but instead I looked down at my hands on my thighs and sighed. I was trying hard to hold back my tears, but I didn't try hard enough. A tear fell on my hand. Then more. Then even more. It was an endless waterfall of tears. I began to sniff and Kirishima noticed. He pulled away from behind me and moved to look at me. He actually seemed genuinely concerned based on his expression. Funny.

"Why do you act like you care about me? I know you don't."

I pushed Kirishima away and walked upstairs. He followed after, "(Y/N)? Are you sure you're alright? What's wrong?"

"I'm just tired Kirishima."

'Tired of your shit.'

I thought. I would never say those words out loud, though. I still love him. I can't say something like that. Maybe it's all a misunderstanding, like I've been saying before. Maybe he does still love me.

Maybe.

She grabs a flower and begins to pull a petal off. "He loves me, he loves me not."
