Loving someone with an eating disorder or any other mental illness..all I can say is that you can't give up on them when they give up on themselves. They're not going to get better overnight or even in a few weeks. It takes years for them to recover. You have to be there for them throughout the entire journey. Be their rock, and don't leave them when they need you most.
