Merlin went to the Crystal Cave and saw that freya was going to turn into the beast and Arthur was going to stab her.

Merlin pov

After I left the Crystal Cave I was going to save Freya no matter what!

I saw Arthur and the knights were looking at the beast and Arthur was about to stab her.

I yelled nooo and Arthur flew back with the rest knights.

I said a spell and Freya turned back and I put my jacket around her.

Then Arthur got uo and pulled out his sword and pointed at me.

I said let me explain please.Arthur said "give me on good reason I should not killd you and that beast.

You my friend and how many chances have I had to kill you but I didn't. Come on Arthur.

Arthur said you lied to me!! I had to you would had my head off!!

Arthur pov

I was shooked Merlin was my friend but he has magic but he is right he did have plenty of chances to kill me but didn't.

Merlin said please don't tell the king I'll do anything.I'm not going to but you have leave until I become king.

I don't want to choose between your magic and my farther.Merlin said I uderstand and grabbed the girl and. Starts to walkes off.

Wait Merlin I will lift the magic ban when I become king.Merlin just smile and walkes off.

He's my friend regardless if he has magic or not.So for this day forward he will forever have my trust.

Merlin pov

I was relieved when he said I can come back.

I said goodbye to Gauis and said I will see when Arthur is king.

Guais said "I will miss you my boy. I hope you the best and stay out of trouble".

"I will try Gauis,make sure to keep my bed warm while I'm gone".We laugh as I said my goodbyes.

Gwen gave me and freya clothes but mostly freya.After we said our goodbye me and freya set out.

We found this little house and we plan to stay her and grow a family her untill Arthur becomes king.

A couple years later

We just got the news that Arthur has became king recently and Gwen is queen no surprise ther We started to back and we got our kids packed.

We have two kids twins,one a boy named luke and ones a girl named emily and they both have magic but only emily is showing signs.

We started our journey which took about two days.

Today is the day I get to the prat face again.

Arthur pov

I have became king and Gwen has became queen and the magic ban has been lifted as promised.

We arrived at the gates of camlot and we held our kids close and requested to see the king.

I could tell Freya was nervous,So I squeeze her hand and she smile back at me.

When we let in, I saw Arthur and Gwen by his side.

Merlin here and he has kids??

Hello old friend. Merlin smile and said hello prat.

The kids giggled and said is the king really a prat and Merlin said yep and I said who are they.

This is luke merlin said pointing to the boy and this is emily he said pointing to the girl who said ya thats me.

Then her eyes flashed gold and flower appeared in her hands.which she gave to Gwen

Gwen said why thank you and smiled

After I said hi to everyone and then Arthur show us to our rooms.Our kids shared a room and Me and freay shared a room.

And for that day forward we were happy together.
