Part 4

*a few minutes later*

Me and Tom was still laying on the ground close to each other. We peacefully looked at the stars and talked about everything. Suddenly Tom sat up and said "you don't think we should get back to the bar? Everyone probably thought it was weird that we just left without saying anything". "Yeah, probably. But right now everything is so perfect. I could lay here for days. No, weeks", I said smiling still laying on the ground and looked up at Tom. Tom just looked down at me and laughed. "Come here, Sleeping Beauty", he said and took my hands and pulled me up. "Guess I don't have a choice", I said smirking. We were on the way to the bar when I just froze. The thought hit me; what is everyone going to say? Loads of people have a crush on Tom, I mean, I don't blame them...but if they finds out that there's something between us I'm going to get A LOT of hate. Many people ship us though...I started to slow down a bit. Tom noticed. "Is something wrong?", he said worriedly. "U-um no...not really", I said. Tom stopped walking. "You have always been terrible at lying. Speak to me, y/n. I clearly see that there's something wrong", he said and looked me in the eyes. "Okay, I'm going to be honest with you...I'm...a little scared", I said. "Scared? Of what? I'm always here for you if you need anything. You know that, right?", he said and took my hands. "Yes, I know Tom. Thank you. But, the thing is...if the 'world' finds out that you and me...you know...likes each other...I will get a lot of hate. Not only that, people are going to overreact so much. People have always been so pushy against us two, saying that we should get together and bla bla bla you know. The thing is, I don't want all of the attention. Oh God I sound like a drama queen", I said and looked down on the ground. I felt so stupid. Tom looked at me and put a finger under my chin and pulled my head up so that I faced him. "Don't you think I have thought about that too?", Tom said, suprisingly with a smile. "But, then the thought hit me that, if you and I are together there's nothing that can come in between. We have each other. That's what matters. How cheesy it all sounds, I think it's worth it. We can keep it a secret at first. And when we feel comfortable enough we can make it official", Tom at last said and looked at me. He smiled. I'm glad I fell in love with a beautiful human being this time, because he really is. "Tom, both you and I know that you're terrible at keeping secrets", I said and looked down. "Hey, don't lose hope!" He pulled my head up again. "If I really want to, I can. Believe me!", he said and looked me straight in the eyes. "We can at least try, y/n", he said. He let go of my hands. "Is this really what you want? I mean, be with me?", he said. He didn't smile anymore. He looked very sad. That broke my heart because there's nothing more I want than to be with him. "Because I think that, if you truly love someone, you should take risks for your love. If you think it's worth it", he said. I didn't say anything. I just looked in his eyes. "He is right. Say something y/n!", I thought. "The second I saw you, I just had this feeling that you would become a huge part of my life. I don't know why, but I just did. And I was right. So don't you ever ask me again if I don't want to be with you. You're my first priority, Tom. I've liked you for like forever it feels like and it also feels like I've known you my whole life. Of course I'm willing to try. I'm just...not ready for everyone to know about this right now. That's all", I said and took his hands back to mines. "I love you", I finally said. I thought it sounded a little cheesy but he needed to understand that I wanted him and nobody else. And I meant every single word I said. "Y/n you're making me cry. I don't deserve you. I love you too", Tom said and hugged me tight. We hugged for a long time. He smiled again. "Okay but seriously now, we need to get back to the bar", Tom said and laughed a little. We then walked to the bar.

Me and Tom dated for about 3 months and a half until we got official.
