A Poem: DELIELAH

I am Samson, Gaza's most strongest,
With biceps, most biggest
And triceps, most toughest

Till I drew nigh De-LIE-lah
On her wings I felt high

Her Brazilian hair,
Her long eyelashes,
Her fine painted nails
And her six inch heels,
Were part of THE-LIE

But every glance at her,
Made me fall deeper in love,

Love, they say is blind
Yes I became blind,
So  blind I saw not,
Her trial and error,
To the secret of my strength,

She lulled me to sleep,
On her soft laps as a pillow
In my head, I was her bae

But I should have known
She was THE-LIE-lah
Her name said it all

She played with my hair
1-2-3-4-5-6-7
All 7 locks of hair gone,

Was it all not a joke?
It was too late
When I awoke

My eyes were gouged out,
My pride was lost
And for that I cried
For I had believed in "THE-LIE-lah!"
