Days feel like years, but when I'm with you they feel like seconds

(Day 7)

"What is it?" You ask Jungkook, you were both heading to class.

You hand your books close to your chest unlike Jungkook who was just lazily carrying them.

"What are you planning to work as?" He asks.

You stop and look at him. You knew he wanted to be a doctor. You excepted him to think the same, which was wrong.

"A medical examiner.." you sigh continuing to walk.

"Like working in the morgue?" He asks, this time with the hint of disbelief in his voice.

"Yes." You reply bluntly. You enter the class room and sit in the back, Jungkook sitting beside you.

"Why? Won't you get depressed?"

"No... actually... death seems comforting.." You say without thinking.

"O-oh gosh did I really say that!" You say thinking out loud.

"Yes. But it's okay! I like it when you speak without thinking" Jungkook chuckles making you smile lightly.

Soon enough the biology class starts, meaning you and Jungkooks conversation had to end.

You walk home, your eyes red, your heart aching. You couldn't believe your eyes.

You go to bed straight away, not taking off your clothes or shoes. You grabbed your pillow and openly sobbed.

You end up crying yourself to sleep.

"Do you know where (Y/N) is?!" Jungkook asks Taehyung, the last person you were talking to.

"Home! Why would you even care?! You just ripped out her heart and crushed it in a million pieces!" Taehyung shouted.

"It... it wasn't my fault..." Jungkook sighed.

"Oh really?! You didn't just kiss Ella?! It was someone who happened to be exactly like you!" Taehyung snapped.

"T-that's not what I meant..."

Taehyung scoffed and crossed his arms. You witnessed Lin Ella, your old friend, kissing Jungkook, right before you were about to confess your feelings for him.

You meant to give him two weeks but every day your feelings got stronger.

"Please... help me talk to her.." Jungkook begged.

"If you try anything funny-"

"I won't! I promise!"

Taehyung groans and agrees.
