Louis: "Maybe all her friends have told her don't get closer he'll just break your heart"

So it's been a year now that you've known Louis, and he didn't hide the fact that he had feelings for you. But you were scared of commitment. "Y/N please give me a shot," Louis nearly begged you. "No Louis." "Why? Why won't you?" You look away and search for the answer that you won't find. "Have those friends of yours still been talking crap?" Louis sighed. Your friends don't really take a liking to any of your guy friends. They think he will just rip you apart and break your heart. As much as it kills you to admit, you believe them. "Y/N i can't even imagine myself ever doing something bad to you. Give me one chance, it's been a full year now.." You rub your arm still shaking your head no. You decide to listen to your friends instead of your heart...

Liam: "Every time I tell her how I feel, she says it's not real."

"I'm being completely honest!" Liam stressed. Liam had just confessed his feelings for you in the most romantic way possible yet you didn't believe him. You didn't believe any guy really. So many people would tell you lies and you just gave up believing all together at some point. "Liam you're not hearing what you're saying." "Yes I am, I'll say it for a second time. I love you Y/N." "No you don't," You frown. No matter how he says it, you don't believe him his feelings can be real, it's just too good to be true...

Zayn: "She's not afraid of all the attention, she's not afraid of running wild. How come she's so afraid of falling in love."

You've been through a lot with Zayn. He's always been there for you and you can say you have a sort of friends with benefits thing goin on. You thought this was just all pure fun and games, you loved to party and have fun, you just went wild. Nothing scared you. "Y/N I need to tell you something," Zayn pants through your heated kisses. You shake your head as if you knew what he wanted to tell you, but he pulled away from you fixing his shirt. You sighed and sat up as well. "Do you ever think about us being more than just friends?" "With benefits." "Yeah, friends with benefits, do you ever think about being more than friends l-like I do?" He stuttered. "N-No" You lie, you think about it every now and then but you don't want to fall in love. It seems so horrifying, what if he was to break your heart? "I think about it all the time.. And you know that. I really like you Y/N and I know you do to. I feel it in your kisses.." Zayn trailed off but you shut him up by using your hand to cover his mouth, He frowns once you remove it, "Why are you so afraid of falling in love?" ...

Niall: "Maybe she's just trying to test me, wanna see how hard I'm gonna work. Wanna see if I can really tell how much she's worth."

Niall has been so nice to you lately and you don't know why. Ever since you met him you've had an on and off friendship, mostly because whenever you two got close you pushed him away. He always asked you "why" but he let it go until the next time you wished to speak with him. This time it was different he was being very persistently. "What is it now? Why are you pushing me away this time?" Niall asked. "I don't know.." You admit, he's never really asked you why before. "Are you testing me? Because if you are than I'm staying, trust me." "Niall just go." "No Y/N I won't, I know what you're doing. You're pushing me away so you won't admit your feelings for me. I'm okay with that but I'm gonna keep working for it, I know your worth it. Your worth my time, and my heart so just take all the time you need to accept it." ...

Harry: "What about all the things she said, talkin on the phone so late. I can't let her get away from me, oh."

"Y/N are you okay love?" Harry asks through the phone. "Yeah," You shakily reply. You weren't okay, you felt very upset with yourself, you don't know what was going on between you and Harry. You always leaned on Harry and he always took care of you. It was as if you two were dating, one of your friends even told you he started calling you his girlfriend, but you never agreed to such things. "Good, so what happened? Why did you call? uhh not that I don't want you calling me it's just.." "I get what you're saying," You reply, "I just need to talk to you about.. us" "Oh, what about.. um.. us exactly." "Well.. I, I don't think we can be close friends anymore Harry." The line grew silent. "Wh-What? You don't want to be friends?" "I can't.. I know you like me Harry, and you know I like you too, but I just can't see myself being more than friends with you" You could actually but you didn't want to admit it. Your heart has been broken before and you didn't want it to happen again. "Wait no no no no this can't be happening," Harry worried, "Y/N we can't just stop being friends we've been through so much together, do you remember all the things you've told me? What about all those things? We would talk hours on end every night, just like we are now. It's eleven at night but I pick the phone up because it's you. I can't let you go, I can't let you just easily get away from me. I won't allow it. I like you too much. Hell after all these years I think its fair to say that I-" "Harry." "Love you." ...
