Hidden / Moving day part 5

Keaton/ 6:00 a. m/ Monday:

Alya's POV:

I guess im moving into the dorms, i called my mom, and she thought it was a good idea, at least i think she did, i guess she only said yes because of everything i have been through and also, the school was willing  to pay my fees because of my "situation". I packed up all Saturday and Sunday and now im all set.

All the dorm students were called to come in early on Monday to get set up, there was several moving vans, and groups of kids i started to look for Miles.

I see him sitting at a table with Lori.

Alya: hey guys

Miles: Alya?! You are actually moving into the dorms?!!

Alya: yea, i told you that last Friday

Miles: but i thought that you were-

Lori: hey, im just waiting untill their done unloading their vans. What room are you in?

Alya: room 12

Lori: room 12 your with me! And channy and Amber

Alya: oh,  right!

Miles still looks shocked, but it turns into a  grin

Beckett: hey lori, he says coming over

Miles: who is he?

Lori: hey Beckett

Miles: beckett?

Lori looks over at Miles

Lori: beckett meet Miles, Miles meet Beckett

Miles: hey roomie

Beckett: hey, want to go in early

Alya: has anyone even been in there yet?

Miles: nope, but lets be the first

Alya: wait, dont we need-

He cuts me off by pulling me out of my seat

Miles: lets go

Beckett hands me my crutches and we all head over to the dorm

Miles: okay, this seems to be the entrance

Alya: wow, this place looks amazing

Beckett: we are on the third floor

Lori takes out her schedule and looks at the floor

Lori: okay Alya, we are on the third floor too!

We all look at each other

Beckett: lets do it

Alya: i dont kn-

Everyones reaction cuts me off

Lori opens the doors

The first thing we see, is a lounge, it small but cozy

The first thing it opens to is, a sitting area, which has a couple of couches and a T. V and a large cozy rug. Next to that are several cabinets, and a large table, the whole room/area is quite narrow. In the corner there is an open kitchen, and a closed off laundry area, and a bathroom.

Beckett: okay, so that door says stairs, so im guessing we go in there, he says pointing at the stairs

Miles: yea, third floor

We all walk across the room to get to the stairs, we walk up three flights

It was honestly hard for me, i mean im on crutches!  I didnt make a huge deal out of it though, i didnt want anyone to pity me, i just wanted to be treated normally.
