    Morgan's POV

"Where have you two been for so long?!" Ryland says as he storms out of the house walking up the drive to meet us.
"We had to go to target..." I say.
"For what? I don't see anything Morgan." Ryland, Andrew and I all start walking into the house.
"Why do you even want us back so quick anyway?" I ask him, we step inside the house, Garrett is sitting on the couch with Shane, editing probably...
"Because I'm worried about you, Morgan." He says, he's still angry but slightly calmer than before.
"I had Andrew with me." I say.
"And you think Andrew will protect you from everything and everyone? Well that's not how it works." Shane and Garrett come over to us, we're still all standing at the door.
"What's going on?" Shane says.
"They went to target when I said to come straight back here, what if something happened to Morgan Shane?" Ryland says.
"Ryland... she's 20, and had Andrew... all she did was go to target, that's better than most things people her age are doing."
"I don't want to take sides or anything... just-" Andrew says but gets cut off by Ryland again.
"Andrews not a super hero Shane." He storms off and goes upstairs.
Shane breaks the silence, "don't listen to him Andrew, I don't think he ships you two..."
"Well he doesn't have to because we're not together." I say, I don't mean it though, I love Andrew...
"Guys," Garrett sighs. "There is definitely something between you... you've started doing everything together, you are always smiling at each other and wanting to be around each other..."
      "Ryland wouldn't approve of that... don't encourage it..."  Andrew says. "Why does he hate me so much?"
       "He doesn't hate you Andrew, he's worried for Morgan's safety, he thinks if anything happened to her it'd be his fault..." Shane says.
        "I think I should go." Andrew says turning to go out the door.
        "Andrew..." Shane says. "Wait."  But he doesn't he leaves and goes up to his car to leave Shane's.
   
Andrew's POV

I leave and go up to my car, I start to cry which I haven't done in so long, I love Morgan so much, maybe I shouldn't be with her, maybe I shouldn't be in her life, maybe I shouldn't be here...

I get in my car and start to drive. I start crying heavily now. I can hear my phone ringing, it's on the floor, at my feet, I dropped it when I came in.
      I look down at it and see Morgan's picture on my screen, it makes me cry harder, i think about what would happen if I just pushed my foot down and turned my steering wheel towards the trees on my left... no! I can't think like that, I would destroy Morgan if I did that, if I... I stop thinking about it. I'm going to live, I don't want to die. Not yet.

I get to my house and stop the car but don't get out yet. I pick my phone up and look at it. I have some texts from Morgan.

Please, I'm begging you, text me soon, I love you so much Andrew. I'm sorry, Rylands sorry, everyone is sorry!!  😭😭😭

I think for a second, did she tell them? Should I call her? Text her?
     I decide to call her, she answers immediately.
    "Hey..." I say, my voice still sounds like I've been crying.
    "Andrew! Thank god you're okay!! I love you, I love you, I love you so much..." I can hear her start crying. "I'm sorry... please come back... please? Ryland said he's sorry, I told them I liked you... I'm in my room... I'm sorry. I had to in case anything happened... I'm sorry. Please come back."
     "It's okay, I'm okay, I'll come back, I'm sorry too, I love you... I'll be there soon..." I say.  
      "Drive safe... I love you so much... I need you here..." she ends the call after saying I love you one more time and I begin to drive back to Shane's house.

I arrive at Shane's house and get out my car, Morgan runs out of the house and up the drive, she hugs me tight and I hug her back. She's crying. I pull her close to me.
     "I'm sorry..." she sobs.
      "It's okay, it's okay... what do they know?" I ask her.
      "They know that I like you, but they don't know we are together. I blamed Ryland for making you leave, if anything happened to you... I would blame him... that's when he said sorry, he's okay now..."
     She looks up at me and smiles...
      "We don't need to keep it a secret anymore..." she says... I kiss her gently on the lips. We sit on the ground of the drive way and I rock her back and forth until Shane, Ryland and Garrett come out of the house and see us, for once... I don't let go of her.
     They reach us soon enough and Ryland joins the hug...
      "I'm so sorry Andrew..." he says.
       "It's okay, you were just looking out for your sister.... I get that."  I say.
       "I shouldn't have been so protective, if anything happened to you while you were driving I would never have forgiven myself..."
      "It's okay..." I close my eyes for a second, realising how tired I am.
      "Are you okay, Andrew?" Morgan asks me, we stand up and all walk to the house together.
       "Just tired..." I yawn ironically and we step inside the house.
    I have my arm around Morgan and we all sit on the couch together.
       "So are you two a thing?" Garrett asks.
       "Well, we kind of have been since our trip... but we didn't say anything because we knew Ryland wouldn't approve..." I say.
      "I stan now." Ryland says.
      "I think you are cute together." Shane says.
   I smile and look down at Morgan... she smiles back at me.
    Shane orders postmate and we watch the Apple TV. Garrett and I sleep over again and me and Morgan enjoy not having to hide...
