454I was much better today than I was yesterday, by the looks of it. I couldn't help but reach for a couple of more pretzels, though, which has boomed my calories for today. But, I am full, and that is all that matters. Usually, I will skip all of my meals until the end, and that's where I will eat, because it's easier to eat things in one sitting.
