*Y/N's POV*
The person looked towards me, not seeing me behind it, and walks over here.
"Oh. Why are you hiding Y/N?" The person said. I sigh and stand up, the pain returning to my head and I fall on my knees, gripping my hair. He falls on his knees also. "Are you okay?! Do I need to get you in a pod?!" He asked me with a panicked expression.
"No, no, no! I'm good. Just a little bit in pain" I lied as I bit my lip, holding in a scream. The pain was too much. "Don't put me in a pod" I say as I fall onto my side and pass out. I hear people yelling my name soon after but all I see is black, the people are muffled and I can't hear them clearly.
I wake up as I sit up fast, wondering where I am. I soon regret it as I hold my head in pain. I start seeing that I'm in the cell once again. I look around frantically, seeing the little girl being tortured to no end. I felt hopeless and sick. How could I let this happen? It's all my fault. Why aren't I helping her? So many questions are going through my head.
"Y/N?! Y/N?!" Someone says, it sounds muffled but it wakes me out of my dream. My eyes shoot open and I realize I'm in a red room. Mean, it's a white room but has red to it. I see Keith looking down at me, worried expression across his face. I sit up a little bit.
"Where am I?" I ask him. Holding my head, it still hurts a little.
"My room. It's about 12am and you have been passed out for about... 5 hours" Keith said. My eyes went wide. Did I really sleep for that long? I shake my head and got out of the bed. "Are you sure you can walk?" He asks me. I only nod my head in response and walk out of the room. Keith follows me to the library we're we once was 5 hours ago. I take the book I was reading before and a few more.
"What are those for?" He asks me.
"For studying. Wanna find out more of this universe" I told him while walking out of the Library. "Well I'm gonna head to my room. Thanks for taking care of me! And Goodnight!" I said as I walked to my room, my back to him, waving at him. I got to my room and I sat down on my bed and my books in front of me. I sigh and put the book I read earlier in a separate pile. I got a new book and started to read it.
A few hours later I was done with 2 books and still have a few more. I don't know what time it is but I am fucking tired and just wanna go to bed. I sigh and I put the books on the ground and got in the covers. I pulled the blankets up to me and as soon as I got comfortable an alarm gave off. I got dressed and headed out of my room as quickly as possible. I ended up at the control room. I saw Allura and Coran. No one else was here yet. How long do they take to get dressed? Gosh dang they are slow.
"Oh! Y/N! Nice to see someone is here on time" Allura said smiling at me.
"Excuse me, what time is it?" I asked Allura.
"Well.......I would say 6:00 AM or around there" Allura said. I was reading those books for that long?! Gosh dang! And plus... I'm not sure if I should tell Allura that I was half awake when the alarm came on and that's why I was so fast getting here. After a few minutes the paladins came in. First Shiro, then Keith, then Pidge, then Hunk, and then Lance.
"What took you so long paladins?! We have a battle cruiser coming our way! Get in your lions! Quick!" Allura yelled at them. They all nodded and ran out.
Allura turned to me. "You can practice or anything just don't get hurt" She told me. I nodded and ran back to my room. I sat on my bed and I picked up a book about discovering your powers. Once I read it all I got up to practice. The castle shook and I almost fell but I caught myself. They had something in there that the other books didn't have. It's called Truth Eye. It's where you can look at something and it will tell you all about it. I want to try teleportion out first. Okay just focus and imagine teleporting somewhere else. I though to myself. I close my eyes and focus. I opened my eyes and I was still in my room. I slightly get angered but I calm myself down because I need to focus, not get angry.
I try it again, closing my eyes. I will keep trying it until I get it right. About 7 more tries I start to get impatient. I try again and I still can't do it.
"Gosh dang it! Why can't I get it correct?!" I yell. I huff in annoyance and I calm myself down. Do it for your race, your family, your... Mom and Dad. I calm myself down and try again. When I open my eyes I am somewhere that I don't know where I am. I see black all around me. Suddenly I am clinging to a big ass robot. Where am I?! I shouted in my head. Voltron. A voice said in my head. I'm clinging to Voltron right now?! Wait how am I able to breathe space air?! I calm myself down and see they are fighting something. I remembered how I got here and cheered happily to myself. The teleportation worked! A big crash comes from Voltron and we go flying. Voltron feels powerless at my touch. I feel no energy beneath my palms. Did the Galra hit it? Is Voltron actually the good guys? I sighed as I felt something taking over. What is this? I thought.
