#17. Try to keep your use of heat tools (e.g hair straighteners) minimal. If used too much it can dry your hair out, cause it to frizz, be prone to split ends, and even break off. If you do use styling tools with heat, make sure you use heat protectant spray!
#18. If you have good skin and don't need a full coverage of foundation, I would suggest investing in some BB cream. It still gives you great coverage, but is not as heavy and cakey as foundation, and is great for young teenagers. Some BB creams contain SPF and moisturizers, so are very beneficial to your face.
