I was sitting on the couch and then I heard "then believe it then baby" who the fuck I got up and went to the door. Candy was there kissing another guy. My heart shattered into a million pieces I thought that me and her could be something. Then something just took over me I launched myself at him. I tackled him and we went flying down the front steps. We ended with me on top and madly punching him in the face "don't...you..... ever....touch......her....again" I said in every punch. "Luke stop" I heard Candy whined I looked at her with sympathy. big mistake the guy took that chance to flip us over and get a few good hits in "Jackie please just stop" she laid a hand on his shoulder. SMACK Candy fell back into the grass "you asshole" she screams. I wiggle from under him and went to hold her but she flinched away "look what you did" I stood there shocked "WHAT I DID I DO HE HIT YOU NOT ME" "but you tackled him and that made him mad, you don't make him mad or............" she trailed off "or what" she glanced over to Jackie and he glared back at her "OR WHAT Candy please tell me" I said looking at her. After a few minutes she said "or you get punish" "what" "Candy shut-up, don't tell him anything" Jackie said getting to his feet. "Candy what do you mean, he won't hurt you, I promise" she chuckled darkly "that's what all you men say but don't mean it" she said getting up "you never meant it all men are bad , all y'all do is fuck, eat, and sleep while us women do all the hardship" she yelled and started to run down the street.
I was about to run after her then I was pushed to the ground "LOOK AT WHAT YOU DID NOW, SHE'S MY GIRLFRIEND AND NOW SHE'S GONE CAUSE OF YOU" he yelled at me. "YOU ABUSED HER DIDN'T YOU" he didn't answer me "DIDN'T YOU" I yelled again "THAT'S NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS, I TRIED TO CHANCE FOR HER AND I DID" "BULLSHIT" I said running in the way that Candy ran.
I found her in a bush near a rundown house "Candy" I whispered. She jumped "go away Luke, please I just want to be alone" she said putting her head in her knees. "Come on Candy I just want to hold you please" "no ......just.....please" my fingers brushed her arm "NO GO AWAY YOUR GOING TO HURT ME I KNOW IT THAT'S ALL YOU MEN DO HURT US, YOU HURT US ALL" she screamed backing away farther "NO CANDY THAT'S NOT TRUE PLEASE JUST LET ME HOLD YOU" I said tears forming in my eyes. It burned me to see her hurt cause some asshole decided to mess with something so beautiful. "You promise" she said looking at me "I promise on my life I will never hurt you" I said smiling a little.
She moved over so I could sit. I put my arm around her and she leaned into my chest 'I like this, I like this a lot' I thought smiling "Diana ,let me be the one lite a fire inside-" I blush at my ringtone while I answer "hello" "heyyyy gurl heyyyyy" Ashton slurred "hey buddy" I laughed "you know that I love you right" he giggled giggled "yeah, Ahston put Amber on the phone" he gasped "you love her more than me don't you" I chuckled "no NEVER" "YAYYYYYYY" there was rustling and than Amber came on the phone "helloooooooooooooooooo" she said sounding drunker than ever "HEY Amber I was wondering if you can pick me and Candy up" "surrendered you alien" "you know what never mind we can walk" "sureee you kids use protection" "byeee Amber" I hung up. I tried to get up but I couldn't "come on Candy lets get up" all I got back was a little snore. I look down and Candy was sound asleep, I picked her up bridal style and started to walk.
As I was walking I got hit in the back and everything was starting to fade and before I was completely out I heard "I tried to change"................
