I was looking at an angel with blue eyes. I didn't want to make a fool of myself so I tried my hardest to act normal. But by the expression that marred his face showed that I failed ultimately.

Clearing my throat, I tried again with the introduction.

"Sorry. My name is Christa. This is my first time on a plane so, don't freak out if I am jumpy." He still looked skeptical so I added real quick,  "I mean, I am no crack head. I just need a change in scenery. Sorry about my outburst just then, I am not used to talking to such a handsome specimen." The moment those words left my mouth, a smile spread upon his handsome face. Allowing his white teeth to be displayed to me.

I knew if I was looking at myself right now, I would be beet red. I was so embarrassed at this point that I wish the earth would open up and swallow me whole. Well, that wouldn't work since we were on a plane, but you get how I was feeling at the moment.

"Just forget I said that. It meant nothing okay." He chuckled and then he spoke. "Handsome huh?" Dear God. His voice. It was like a manly silk. The very thing sent my body into hyper drive and sent shivers down my spine.

He chuckled again then sat back in his chair. I wanted to say something else to him, but the plane started moving and I grabbed unto the first thing my hand came into contact with. Which had to be my neighbor's arm.

I pressed myself into the chair trying to escape the feeling of wanting to throwing up.

"This really is your first time flying." That was the longest he had ever talked since I had boarded this plane.

The mystery man turned towards me and looked me dead in the eye. "Just breathe okay? We are just moving so that the plane can get enough acceleration to take flight. Just breathe."

His blue eyes were so entrancing. I could stay looking at the crystal blue orbs for hours if I wanted to. All I could do was nod my head and take deep breaths.

Luckily, my heart stopped racing and I could breathe a little bit easier. Didn't want to die before I even had the chance to live now would we?

"Good. Now, if you don't mind, I would like to be able to feel my arm now."

My cheeks inflamed a bright red and I wish I could go invisible.

I quickly let him go and gasped when I saw the nail marks left in his arm and the red that was forming around the marks.

"Oh my! I didn't mean to do that. I am so sorry." I started looking in my purse for anything that would help. "I am so sorry. I will....fix...it" His deep chuckle made my eyes snap up to meet his gaze.

It seemed as if time slowed down and everyone on the plane faded into nonexistence. All there was me and him. My body was gravitating towards him without my mind's consent. I don't know if he felt it too, but his body too did gravitate towards mine until we were only centimeters apart. All that was going through my mind at the time was how I was going to at least die knowing I wasn't a lip virgin as my best friend Bailey had nicknamed me in 8th grade.

We were so close that I could practically taste his minty breath. I hoped I didn't smell too bad but at the moment I didn't care. I just wanted to see how those plump, soft lips would feel upon mine.

Then, the worst happened. The plane started picking up speed until we were soon taken off the ground. My stomach did flip flops and I once again, pushed myself into my seat.

I closed my eyes and prayed that God would keep this bird in the sky, because quite frankly, I didn't want to die just yet. Especially when I had felt what it was like to want something as bad as I had wanted those lips upon mine just moments ago.

From the corner of my eye, I could see that mystery guy was looking straight ahead with a frown upon his face.

I wonder if he wanted a kiss too.

Upon thinking that, I mentally face palmed myself because I hadn't even caught his name.
