The pilots corpse was leaned over slightly but Cooper could still see his hand clenching the control stick so tightly that his knuckles were white from exertion and his air hose was venting from a hole in the tubing. The co pilot's body was slumped against his chair, a large crack in his visor revealed his eyes were only slightly open and there was a thin stream of blood that had made his way down the center of his face. His breathing was ragged and his arm was bent in more places than Cooper could count. The flight sergeant was still in the co pilot's chair breathing heavily. He turned back to cooper. "We- we- made it." He looked at Cooper for a second longer before his eyes rolled back and he fainted.
