A few hours after Colton left the room, I'm still awake. I just can't seem to fall asleep. About 10 minutes later Colton comes in the room. "Why are you still awake, it's 11 pm?" "I can't fall asleep." "He comes over to me and picks me up and sits in the rocking chair and rocks me to try and get me to fall asleep, It doesn't work. But it does make me really sleepy, but I can't fall asleep, It's normal for me however, when I was still living with my father, I couldn't sleep, because i feared that he was going to come in while I was asleep and try something on me.
Colton seemed to notice that I wasn't going to sleep, but I did look tired. So he asked me what was on my mind. I said nothing, I'm just really tired. However, he wasn't buying it. He picked me up, and we walked downstairs into the kitchen, he grabbed a ready made bottle for me and we go back upstairs into my room. He sets down with me in his lap and he starts to feed me it, hoping it will make me sleepy enough to fall asleep so I won't be cranky in the morning. Fortunately, for the both of us, it puts me to sleep.
the next morning....
The next morning I awake to people talking very loudly downstairs, and Colton yelling at them to shut up, that I have a rough night and that I'm still sleeping. When I hear Colton say that I am still sleeping, I start fussing. "Great! You woke her up! She's only been asleep for an hour!" He comes upstairs and tries to calm me down. Key word tries. See the thing is that i am still really tired and when I get tired, I get cranky, and clingy. He takes me into the bathroom, and as soon as he sets me down on the counter, I start screaming and crying. He picks me up and bounces me on his knee, trying to calm me down a little bit so I would stop screaming. Fortunately for him, I eventually stop screaming. Unfortunately for him, As soon as he sets me back down, I start screaming, He picks me up and I stop screaming. He finally realizes that I don't want let go of and just sets me on his hip and starts running some bath water.
