DIVINE DEMON

It lies within me waiting
It does not have authority over me 
I am in control
But it is wise

It sees what I see
It hears what I hear
It walks when I walk
It talks when I talk

It whispers to the ears of my spirit when danger is near
Telling me not to fear because it is here 
The moon turned red & it came alive
Ready to thrive because of my strive

It loves when I succeed 
It gives me advice 
Knowing that I'll take heed
My faith in it is bigger than a grain of a mustard seed
