Matt woke up because of the screams he heard. He looks at his watch on his drawer. It's still 7:30 in the morning who the ?!@#$ is shouting???? Matt thought.
"Greg! Get the chicken! Cat is alleric to that!!!" A girl yelled.
"AAAAAAALLLLLDRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICCCCCHHHH!!!!" Matt yelled on top of his lungs. He ran quickly outside and slam the door open.
"Your chicken is wild!!!!!! Get it!!!!" Cat is still running in circles, avoiding a big fat hen. "Why do you even have a chicken in your lawn?!?!" Cat added.
"'Stop running!" Matt walks to the chicken.
"Please I'm still young! I don't wanna die!!!" Cat stopped and panted. Matt grabs the hen and he ran inside the house.
"Cat are you okay?" Maggie approached Cat who is now lying on the ground trying to catch her breathe.
"Yes. I think I'm fine." Cat tried to stand but her knees are still so weak, she's so tired. Greg lifted her.
"Hey! I'm heavy!" Cat said to Greg. Greg and Maggie smiles. Matt peeks out of the window.
"Get in." He said.
Maggie and Greg went in, Greg is still carrying Cat. "Please put me on the couch." When Greg let go of Cat she starts to sneeze.
She sneezed and sneezed and sneezed and sneezed.
"What's wrong with her?" Matt asked.
"Greg! You caught the hen awhile ago but it got loose right?" maggie asked.
"Yes."
"So that explains why she is sneezing! She smelled the chicken on you!" Maggie said, her face lit up as if she discovered something new in Science.
"Where's the hen?" Cat asked "In my room.Why are you here?" Matt asked.
"In your room??" The three of them asked in unison.
"We wanted to be your friends! We bought snacks!" Cat said.
"My real friends are coming later." Matt said. He looks at the plastic bag they brought. "That's so many."
"Yes. Please let us stay." Cat pleaded.
"Okay.Your and eyes are red."Matt answered.
"Don't worry it'll just go away." Cat answered. She smiles faintly. She gets her bag and took her medicine.
"She'll sleep after a minute.You'll see." Maggie whispers to Matt and Greg. They all looked at Cat and mentally counted... Cat closed her eyes.
"That happens all the time. She--" Maggie was not able to finish because she was shocked when Matt lifted Cat and brought her to his bedroom.
Maggie and Greg sat silently.They waited for Mat. They gazed around the living room.There were no pictures. It's a lonely house-they thought.
"Thank you for coming but you don't have to." Matt returned.
"Cat explained to us why you get annoyed with her. She wanted to help you." Maggie answered. Greg is ransacking the plastic bag now.
"I don't want to be rude but I can't help it. I don't want to hurt her so please talk to her.Tell her to avoid me." Matt said.
"Knowing Cat, I know she will insist. She's so kind hearted Matt. She's not used to being badly treated." Maggie said.
"I'm sorry." Matt looks away. "Can't you like give your friendship a try?" Greg asked.
"I don't think I can." Matt's looking at his palms.
"Your coldness affects her Matt.And besides you were the first one who approached us remember? You told her you hate her." Maggie explains.
Matt was about to speak when his bedroom door opened with a thud. Cat appears, her lips were now swelling and her skin is red.
"Who placed me inside a room with a hen?!?" She tried to ask calmly.
"Cat! You look awful!" Greg ran towards Cat and covered her face with his hankerchief. "Your prince Matt is here remember? He should not see you looking like that." Greg whispered in Cat's ears. Cat blushed. Good thing, her face is covered by Greg's handkerchief,Cat thought.
"I think you need to apologize to her." Maggie said to Matt.Maggie smiles. Matt has no choice this time! She thought.
"Sorry I forgot about the chicken." Matt said. He blushed. Guys do blush???!! Maggie thought.
"Tell him you'll forgive him if he accepts your friendship." Greg whispered. Cat nodded.
"I'll forgive you in one condition." Cat finally said,her face is still covered.
"What is it?" Matt asked. He's having a bad feeling now.
"Let's be friends.Please?" Cat said. "That means no more allergic reactions towards me,okay?" Cat added.

I'm really allergic to chickens. I even had an anaphylactic shock because of eating too much chicken meat last year ( I didn't know that I am allergic to chickens at that time). I could hardly breathe at that time, I couldn't swallow my food even water, My skin turned red,my lips got swollen plus a lot more complications but I'm okay now. How about you? trust me when you're allergic to something control yourself guys. Anaphylactic shocks can be deadly.
