'Cheryl......' he stared at me liked he was going to say something big, and revealing. My heart rate paced and I nodded, signalling him to continue.

He looked down and shook his head, he looked up and sighed, 'Take care of yourself.' I frowned.

He was going to say something else, I was sure of it. But he changed his decision. I decided not to talk to him about it and nodded, and smiled.

I walked inside with his help and he made me sit on the couch. Then he returned the car to Ryder's mom and left after wishing me goodbye.

'Call me at once, if there is any kind of problem,' he said.

I was left dying of curiosity and wondering what he had to say. In the evening, Bella, Aaron and Anna came my house, to ask about my foot. Bella gave me the missed work and I started doing it right away on my bed.

'It's better now, ' I said while Anna gave me her school famous munchkins, 'How are you now, Anna? Better with the asthma?'

'Yeah, I am completely fine,' she grinned at me.

We talked about random things and Bella brought up the guys who had a crush on the girls of our group again, I laughed but told her to stop after sometime.

Suddenly Aaron's phone started to ring, he picked it up, 'Hello?' he said.

'What?! Alice are you okay?' there was an urgency in his voice and I knew Alice was in trouble.

'Where are you?' 'Okay, hey hey, stop crying princess...' 'I'll be there in a minute, just wait there okay?' he said after breaks.

'What happened?!' I asked anxious.

He shook his head, 'I have to leave,' he said and walked towards the door in a fast pace.

'Aaron! Calm down and tell us!' I screamed and started to cry.

'Aaron, you can't do this alone,' Bella said.

He stopped in his tracks, he walked back to me and kneeled down beside my bed where I sat. 'She needs help. She's out of her house and she was crying. She has run away from her dad and is in a very dark alley and she doesn't really know where she is. I don't know how to find her,' he said and I could tell he was on the verge of crying.

I bent down and hugged him, I made it short and held his shoulders, 'Aaron, take Dawn from her house, it isn't very far. She knows the ways around Alice's house, and tell her to keep us on call. We all can't go so she'll help you. You can do this. Go get your princess,' I said passionately.

He nodded aggressively and stood up. I laid back on my bed and put my hand on my head.

'It's okay Cherry. Don't worry. They'll be okay...' Anna said. I held her hand tightly and started praying to God. After ten minutes, we got a video call from Dawn.

'Dawn! Are you guys there yet?' I asked impatiently.

'Almost there, Cheryl. Don't worry, take care of your foot please,' she answered back, 'Left from here, Aaron,' she directed.

'Drive fast Aaron!' Anna said. I nodded in approval and Aaron said, 'I am doing that.'

'We're here, we are in her area,' said Dawn after three or four minutes. 'Look around the alleys,' I suggested and Dawn started doing that.

I heard a muffled voice from inside the phone, and said, 'Wait wait wait. What was that?'

'Yeah I heard a sob too, stop the car Aaron,' said Dawn. I rubbed my hands together, and tried to steady my breathing rate. Suddenly Samantha joined in the video call as a conference, 'Hey guys what's......wait what is happening here?'
