I went where ever but then I heard a loud noise. I followed the noise.

He was laying on a floor with a really sharp piece of the knife in his stomach. I carefully got it out. The hole was pretty big for a small knife and afterwards I started healing him.
In about 10 minutes I was done. I bandaged the place where the knife was. After that I healed other cuts on his body. I placed him on a bed in the nearest room that I found and because of this I lost all of my chakra, which caused me to faint.
