Clara or Alice Liddell first followed the rabbit into the rabbit hole at the age of seven and after that experience she has become madder than the mad hatter himself. After she left wonderland a few of the creatures they stayed with her such as Hatter, the Cheshire Cat, tweedle dee and tweedle dum, and the white rabbit of course. They are always talking to her and bickering with her in her mind. Sometimes she speaks to them out loud which confuses people and other times she speaks to them in her mind.
Everyone at school avoids her thinking she will lash out and kill them as she did to her family. Sometimes she wonders what it would be like if she just went back to wonderland and stayed.
Nobody really likes her, that is, until she meets the Cullen family.
