Stay With Me

"You look like you were attacked by a bear Annie oh my god." Sam exaggerated, looking at me with wide eyes and I laugh shaking my head. "You're so sweet." I say sarcastically, and he pulls me into a hug that I could not return with my food in one hand and bag in another.

Last night I had barely slept. I stayed up till 4:30 A.M when I have to be up at 6:00 A.M studying for a Physics test and making a presentation for  phycology. I barely started on my essay but thats due tomorow. Not to forget Alfie stayed up late with me texting me. It has been 3 days since Alfie and I met and he was constantly texting me. It was hard not to reply, and then I get carried away. I don't even remember what we talk about, but it can probably go on forever. I cant wait to see him again. I decided to push away what had happened in the fiting room. He has not spoken about it and it left me at ease.  Plus I really did like him, though I barely know him. I wanted to know him better.

" Sammy I'm so damn tired. I feel like my head is gonna blow up and every one near me will die cause of it" I put my hand on my head and he gave me a sympathetic smile. A bad habit of mine was stressing easily over tests and homework. That led me to depression and it gets worst and worst till I let it out on myself. Lately I've been trying to stop, and write down in a journal as a way of letting it out. Progress did show and my scars began to slowly fade.  Untill they fully do, I'll just wear the pair of jeans Alfie bought me. Coming to think about it, the only reason I'm still alive is because I want to be a doctor and save lives. That is what keeps me alive.

" Hey c'mon relax. Today is almost over." He smiles sweetly at me and I had a hard time returning the smile.

I nodded my head and his smile grew. "Did ya like Emma?"

The moment he said her name shivers ran down my spine. After what she did to me that night, I went home terrified. I had no idea who or what she was talking about and I kept telling myself its probably because of how her parents died. Maybe that really got to her.

" She's okay." I nodded my head fast and he raised a brow, knowing I was lying. I wasn't gonna tell him I hated his best friend!..or that she scares me.

" She's just going through a rough time, Ann. Once you get to know her you'll love her!" He smiles, chuckling a bit before giving me another hug.

"I'll see you later babe. Good luck!" He kissed my cheek and ran off after walking me to the cafeteria again. I waved at him and made my way inside, taking a seat and getting started on my essay again.

It wasn't long till my phone began to buzz and repeatedly distract me. I groan as it goes off again and quickly take it out to see it was a message from Alfie.

Alfie <3 : ' I see you!!0.0 .x '

I grinned at the text and scrunched my brows together, slowly looking up from my phone and looking around the cafeteria for his familiar face.

"Where are you!?" I texted after having no luck and in a matter of seconds a hand pressed to my back.

"Surprise!" He cheers and takes the seat next to me, causing my heart to almost stop.

"What was that for!" I hold my heart looking at him slightly shocked and chuckling. He smiles and shrugs, fixing his glasses and leaning on the table, closer to me and inches away from my face. " For not letting me see you for three days." He smiles a cheesy smile and I grin, raising my brow. " I've been practically texting you 24/7 when you weren't with me!" I laugh and he shakes his head crossing his arms.

" Texting is different!" He protested and I slowly nodded, agreeing with him for his own sake.

"I've been busy lately I'm sorry?.." I questioned and he smiles at me. " Wellll.. How about I take you out after class?.."
