Panick attack

Jack POV
I dropped my phone I yelled her name
Jack: Regina baby wake up!
I took her bag I grabbed it looked through it found the needle I grabbed her arm tightly to stop her from moving
Regina's POV
He was kicking me the flash back was over then the worst dream started jack was yelling at me and fighting he locked me in the dark all I could hear was your worthless and all I could say was jack doesn't love me over and over
Jacks POV
Before I grabbed the needle I did want to do it so I put it away and tried waking her up she stopped yelling she was shaking and whispering jack doesn't love me crying
Jack: REGINA ITS A DREAM I LOVE YOU
I grabbed the needle and injected her
Regina's POV
I heard jacks voice yell he loves me then I feel a needle poke me I wake up my reaction was to cry I felt jack hug me I looked in his eyes they where purple
Regina: Sorry jack I keep hurting people
Jack: no no don't say that you scared me that's all

We got home and I went straight to the shower I walked out and changed into pjs I was on my bed waiting for jack so he can turn off the lights he almost an hour pasted my eyes were droopy so I tried to be tough and turned off the lights and ran to my bed I closed my eyes shut I was gonna sleep till I heard voices
Voices in her head: aww look she's so cute best day of my life
That was the day I was born
Voices in her head: you worthless piece of shit go kill yourself
That was Aspens voice she told me that in 8th grade
Then I felt like my chest was closing up I couldn't breathe I stood up and walked to the door ad opened it I was having a panic attack I walked down stairs I didn't know what to do I've never had a panic attack I walked into the kitchen I grabbed water I leaned against the counter I took a sip of water and tried to take a deep breath but I couldn't I felt like something was covering my airways I started gasping for air it was 12 I saw someone walk into the kitchen I didn't know who it was I looked at them it was Zach
*Zach's POV*
I walked in the kitchen to hear Regina gasping for air walked up to her she put the cup down
Me: ru ok?
I asked worried
Regina: zach I can't breathe
She managed to say I was panicking
Zach: I'll go get the boys
I was gonna go get them till she grabbed my wrist
Regina: don't they'll think I'm weird
I gave Regina a hug she was shaking
Zach: no I'm getting the boys ur not ok
She was crying I ran upstairs I knocked on Jonah's room door that's were everyone was talking Daniel opened the door
Zach: tell the boys to come downstairs fast Regina told me she can breathe she's shaking
Daniel: I'll tell them and one thing she's describing a panic attack go get my inhaler from my room and give it to her
I just nodded
*Regina's POV*
Zach left I was shaking I couldn't breathe I tried to act normal I felt my heart beating out of my chest my palms were sweaty
*Daniels POV*
Daniel: guys we need to go to the kitchen
Boys: why
Daniel: Zach knocked on the door and told me Regina is having a panic attack and we need to calm her down
I looked at jacks face he looked guilty
*Jacks POV*
I know why she's having a panic attack it's because I left her alone I sprinted to the kitchen to see Regina gasping for air I walked up to her
Jack: Regina it's gonna be ok
Then Zach ran into the kitchen he handed me an inhaler I shook it and gave it to Regina
Jack: use it
*Reginas POV*
Jack handed me an inhaler I  used it it helped a little I was still shaking soon I could finally breathe I stopped shaking
Regina: thank you guys for helping me I've never had a panic attack
Boys: it's fine
I walked back to my room I layed on my bed now tired once my head hit the pillow I was out
