I woke up to jack gone and the baby, not in the crib I got up immediately and ran downstairs to see Jonah holding her I sighed
Regina: warn me before taking my baby
He laughed
Regina: not funny Jonah
I sat next to Jonah
Regina: can people get new mates?
I blurted out
Jonah: why?
Regina: I feel like Jack found a new mate and he just isn't telling me
Jonah: oh that
He nodded
Jonah: they could...but sometimes they go through a phase where they hate their mates and get annoyed by anything
I nodded
Regina: okay
I wiped my tears and walked upstairs I walked in my room laying on my bed facing the crib
*Jacks P.O.V*
I was hearing their conversation I sighed knowing I did hurt her so I walked upstairs to our room to see her laying on the bed facing the crib I just laid next to her and hold her close she put her head on my chest
Regina: do you hate me?
She blurted out sobbing
Jack: of course I don't
I held her closer
Regina: Jonah told me that sometimes you can go through a phase and be said that y-y-you'll hate me
Jack: I don't mean to I'm sorry I don't know why this happens
I nodded jack sat up making me sit up he moved me so I was sitting on his lap
Jack: if I ever say something to hurt you I'm very sorry
I nodded he cupped my face and kissed me I smiled
Regina: I love you
Jack: I love you too
I smiled I gave him a quick peck on the lips and got off his lap I grabbed his hand walking out of the room with him and we went downstairs and the family was here they were taking turns holding the baby I held a tighter grip on jacks hand the wolf side of me showing I was overprotective of my baby as in a wolf's case there protective of the cub and will attack anything endangering there cub
Jack: hey she's okay
He whispered in my ear probably due to the fact I gripped his hand tighter we sat on the floor I watched my baby closer till jack grabbed my hand leading me outside
Jack: I told you she's fine
He said starting to get annoyed
Regina: why if the drop her take her
I looked at jacks face holding annoyance
Jack: IM DONE ARGUING WITH YOU
I nodded tearing up and walking away near the woods I ran while I was running I turned into a wolf I don't know how but I did I ran somewhere to hide not really experienced with transforming into a wolf I whimpered running back to the house hoping id turn back once I got back I saw Jack still outside with a look of worry
Jack: Regina is that you
I walked closer he probably guessed by the purple color my eyes turned
Jack: turn back
I couldn't say anything and I was scared not knowing how to turn back
Jack: just relax
I relaxed and started to turn back
Regina: thank you
Jack: let's go inside
I nodded walking in with him Jonah passed me my crying daughter
Jonah: she's hungry
I nodded taking her upstairs
Regina: shh mommy is gonna feed you
I sat in the bed feeding my baby once I feed her I burped her and changed her and she fell asleep and so did I
