Yazmin and Luisa...

"Hey Yazmin!" Luisa exclaims. Whilst we walk quietly down the corridor in the other direction of which Steffi had gone.

"What!" I say bluntly, I can tell just by the way she said it shes going to come out with some stupid comment.

"Did you hear that!" She whispers. For some strange reason she's giggling. When you're in the middle of a zombie Apocalypse, when you her a noise, it's not normally funny.

"No, what was it!" I hate it when people say stuff like that when we're in a creepy situation, it scares me.

"Oh, well... can you smell it!" She drops to the floor in full on hysterics.

"Oh for fuck sake Luisa, you scared the life out of me!" I butt in almost immediately, hoping to sound even more angry than I was, making it clear she must never scare me like that.

"Oh wait, now I smell it! Oh God it's burning my nostrils!!" We both start to laugh, okay I have to admit, this was quite funny.

BANG!!

We both drop from our feet.

"OMG! What the hell was that?" Luisa freaks.

"Well lets see, who's the only person in the school who carry's a gun with them in there school bag..?" I comment sarcastically.

"Steffi... What a maniac... Shit why would she do that! All that would have done is attracted-"

"LUISA!!" I scream hoping for her to move in time, but it's to late. The mutated beasts tear into her flesh, ripping her limb from limb. Her screams carry no fear, just pain and rage. I want to help her but what use is there. She's already infected, it's to late, all I'll do is also get bitten and what use will that be to everyone else. She's gone.

"Yazmin, what the fuck! Get out of here before I kill you!" Her voice is rusted in pain. I'm not sure if that's just one of her usual threat's or because she's now infected and soon to be... One of them. Either way, I'm gone.

"I'm sorry!" I manage to struggle the last two words through my utter shock.
