*Lucy's POV*

~next day~

I wake up to the sun hitting my face and annoying birds chirping. I groan, rolled over and see what time it is. "Shit!", I yell jumping-out of the bed. I run to the bathroom, showered, and got dressed in my normal school attire (baggy clothes and eye glasses). "Roger!!!" I yell-out. "Yes ma'am?" "Prepare the helicopter." I run back to the room and took my backpack,phone and wallet. I run back to where the helicopter was parked and got-in.

~at school~

I got in the school doors and saw that the halls are empty. Great! Late again!!! I walk to my locker and got the things I needed for Chemistry then barged in the Chemistry classroom. All eyes were on me, so I put my head down. "Miss Ashford, please explain to the class while you're late AGAIN!" the Chemistry teacher, Mr. Parker, said putting emphasis on 'again'. I wanted to roll my eyes but refrained myself from doing so. "I'm sorry that I'm late but my dad was sick and I had to take care of him because my mom is on a business trip." I lie sniffling to some effect. I look up and see that Mr. Parker's eyes soften. Sucker!!! "It's fine Miss Ashford, just take a seat and let's continue class" Ha!!! I sat down on my designated chair then began doodling on my notebook, pretending to listen to Mr. Parker.

*1 hour later*

The bell rang, I got my stuff and rushed to my locker. I put my stuff in my locker then went to the back of the school to meet-up with some gang members (it's lunch time), we usually don't eat we just discuss the shippings and dealings of drugs. Once I got there Ryder grabbed me by the waste and sat me on his lap. "Hey babe!!!" he said kissing my cheek. New members looked shocked after Ryder called me babe. Hmmm they might think that Ryder was cheating on me with a nerd, happens all the time we have new members. "Does Lucy know you're cheating on her?" a blonde guy spoke confidently. This isn't gonna end good!!!
