"Chelsea? Are you okay?." Liam asked.
"Yeah, I'm just not feeling too well." I replied with a tear going down my cheek. Liam being the sweetest one of my friends walked up to me whipped the tear away and hugged me.
"It'll be fine. Okay?" he whispered. "Why don't you tell your parents you're going home because you don't feel to well. Since they're working you can come over for the rest of the school day." He added.
"Liam I can't just run from this like I did before." I whimpered.
"You're not. This time we all know why that happens." He smiled.
"Okay, I'll send them a text. Did you walk to school today like you usually do?" I asked.
"Yeah. But since you have a new car I'm definitely not walking home." He laughed.
We were walking down the school hall when Liam's hand brushed over mine. He looked at me and smiled, I smiled back and held his hand. Okay I have to admit it I've had a major crush on Liam ever since elementary school. And I know for a fact he's liked me too, I mean I don't know for how long it's just one day freshmen year we all made a mistake off going to a party. Of course me being the smart one I chose not to drink but everyone else was shit faced. Even Bryce was drunk she'd laugh at everyone's stupid jokes.
There was a point where she would start to flirt with Harry. The funny thing is I know what happened that night between them, Bryce always lied to me saying nothing had ever happened between Harry and her. But trust me those two have had some crazy ass nights.
One night I even found them naked on my older brothers bed. I had a laugh so it would mask how weirded out I was. But I always knew those two had a thing for each other. Maybe even if it was just for the sex, they cared for each other until Harry's slut of a girlfriend came back to ruin it all. But she ended up being arrested for petty theft and second degree murder. The sad part was nothing was the same between Bryce and Harry, and now they're just friends and Harry can see how much Bryce loves Michael so he chooses not to get in between them. But I know Harry's moving on, guys always do.
But as I was saying Liam was also shit faced, he's the type of drunk who tells you his secrets and I kind of got to hear him confess his feelings for me. But once he was sober he didn't even remember that night so I decided to never let him know I found out.
We walked over to my car and I asked him if he could drive.
"Fuck I'd love do drive your car. You my friend choses a great car to get." Liam laughed.
Next thing I know we're at his house making pizza and eating ice cream. Liam's father had passed away one night in his sleep, so now Liam only has his mom who's a doctor like my parents which is why we are home alone.
"So Chelsea." Liam awkwardly said.
"Yeah?" I asked confused.
"Do you want to go watch a fight with me today?" He asked.
"As in a fight in the streets fight, or a boxing fight." I asked.
"Boxing tournament." Liam laughed.
"I don't like seeing guys kill each other for a title, but okay I will." I gave in to his smile. Oh god I hope he still likes me.
We each left in our own cars just in case I got tired or sick. He texted me the address and I drove there. I spotted him standing outside of the entrance patently waiting for my arrival. I parked my car and locked it as soon as I got out, "There she is." Liam smiled hanging me a ticket.
I looked around this place looked a but intimidating, I was surrounded by big men and woman who weren't even wearing full out clothes. I looked up to the entrance bill board and it said "Today's fight will be with Hernandez vs the un winnable Horan!"
