Parent Talk

Today is Zachary Dean Herron's birthday, he'll  be 18.

While I'm still 17 carrying a human!

I'm at my moms house about to tell her about me being pregnant.

Tour finished and the boys are all with they're families.

Zach is right beside me linking our arms, as we walk up to the front door.

"Are you nervous?" Zach said.

I gave him the 'are you stupid' look.

"Oh, ri- nevermind..." Zach said looking at the door.

I knocked on the door, and seconds later she opened it.

I was wearing one of Zach's baggy shirts with blue jeans.

My mom greeted us, and we walked in and sat in the livingroom.

"Mom, I have something to tell you." I said watching my mom slowly sitting down.

"WE have something to tell you." Zach said grabbing my hand and holding it.

"So... What is it? Is it that serious?" My mom said looking concerned.

"It's really serious, and a life change." I said taking a deep breath.

"Me and Christine is having a baby..." Zach said looking at the floor.

"Gosh! Does Myta know?" My mom said sitting up from the couch across from me and Zach.

"Uhh, no." Zach said looking at my mom.

"Well, you should call her over." My said said nodding her head.

"Ok, I'll be upstairs." Zach said before getting up and walking upstairs.

"So, how far are you?" My mom said moving from where she was and sitting beside me.

I pulled my shirt up and her eyes widened.

"Yo- You've been pregnant for months and never told me?" She said sounding upset.

"I'm sorry mom! I didn't know how you was going to react." I said putting my head in my hands.

"Baby, I'm not going to be mad. Well, I'm mad for you not telling me before then. But me and Myta always said when we was just in middle school, how our kids would have kids. But not this early, atleast when you we're older." My mom said giggling.

I got my head out of my hands and looked up at her.

"Really?" I said giggling.

"Yea! And we love how Lily and Reese are bestfriends just like us already." My mom said smiling.

"Thanks mom!" I said hugging her.

"No problem! But how many months are you?" She said after pulling away from the hug.

"I'll be four months next week." I said smiling.

We heard footsteps coming from upstairs going down, it was Zach.

He came and sat on the other side of me.

"She's on her way." Zach said smiling.

"Oh, and I'm happy for you two! Myta is also because when we were in middle school, we always wanted our children to have children. But, not this early." My mom said laughing.

Zach eyes went wide and he laughing along.

"Shocker right?" I said laughing while looking at Zach.

"Yes! Oh, did you tell her about the rest?" Zach said.

"What others?" My mom said.

"Christina and Gabbie is also pregnant, we all have the same due date." I said looking at my mom.
