Jade Carnez lives in the eastern part of the United Sides, where everything is normal. A barrier separates the Eastern and the Western. The Eastern is a problem-free place, until they decided to pass a certain law that resulted in the Western's fury.The Western is furious and wants revenge. They use the two hundred year old rule, which states that either side has the right to switch fifteen people from the each side. That rule was never meant to go in effect, but since it has, that means something big is going to happen that will change the United Sides forever. Normally, the Eastern are passionate about their people, but right now, they're not exactly devastated about losing fifteen good people and getting fifteen people they don't know. Which means they're up to something.
