Once binded together

Living two separate lives,
That once binded with eachother.
He was her knight,
She was his princess.
When he saw himself to be weak,
She saw him to be her shield.
When she was in lost of confidence ,

Their bond over time became toxic,
As their fear of hurting eachother grew to be overwhelming.

She saw him as her world.

She saw the gentleness in his anger.

He saw the beauty in her flaws.
Her compassion in any chaos.
She was his sanity.
Her smile always made troubled situations better.
His love for her was like no other.
He wanted to keep her safe.
Little did he know he was hurting her.

Little did they know the enemy was themselves all along.
He would always let his frustration out to her. She couldn't do anything but cry for change.
He saw the pain he was causing her, but kept promising he will get better.
