When someone talks about feeling butterflies in the stomach
I feel it as if it were a rumor or an unreachable myth
But when I first met him, I could understand that feeling for the first time
And I feel it deep inside of me
An emotion that makes my fire want to be brighterI can show you my universe, my cosmology
Take you to my house and read volcanology
Kissing all day and every night, endlessly
My mind begins to fly over and over again
It's just what I'm feeling right nowAnd that way you looked at me
I don't know if it was just for me
But I noticed the kindness in your eyes
Illuminating my darkness
Even when I'm the sun
You are a supernova
Is this the beginning of something wonderful?
Onlu you can free me from this stormYour words weren't so deep in the first instance
But my mind already imagined moments that I doubted that would exist
You told me you sometimes have poet's delirium
Just like me
But for a moment I felt that joy
That happiness of falling in loveAnd every time I meet someone
I am terrified of indifference
Or a change of heart
I feel like you can be different
Able to break that curse
Or be the moon that illuminates the night
While the sun is asleepAnd that way you looked at me
I do not know if it was just for me
But I noticed the kindness in your eyes
Illuminating my darkness
Despite being the same sun
You are a supernova,
Is this the beginning of an everlasting love?
Only you an do itAnd I still don't know if you only looked at me that way
But I understood everything when you asked me what my name was
And a change of warmth is what I expected from you
In the end, it was like thatWhat a passing emotion
Being someone who falls in love so fast
With this hunger to love someone
You are still my goal
Until the sun shines again
And it will never be dark in my life again
